The service at this Tim Hortons was excellent! The staff were friendly, quick, and got my order just right. Everything was fresh and served with a smile. Definitely coming back!
I had a really bad customer service experience , when i was having my morning coffee. Usually the staff is really nice. Today one short skinny indian girl took my order. I just wanted to say besides being rude to customer, you should quit your job if you don't like it.

I visit this establishment frequently as it is closest. Almost every single time I stop there they are out of everything even when advertised for weeks at a time. Aswell as their customer service at the drive thru is insane. No manners, do not listen to what I say regardless of how clear or loud I’m being and I have to repeat myself endlessly. I am not one to leave a review but I’m simply just disappointed at this point.

Was extremely disappointing that at 3pm on a Saturday, this Tim Hortons was out of Apple Fritters and Blueberry Sour Cream donuts. I can understand maybe an hour before closing but 3pm?! The coffee ☕️was good though

Tim Hortons has always been my go-to place for a cup of coffee or a relaxing break. I love the food, the ambiance, and the customer service. However, today I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Samira, who took my order. She was so rude that I considered canceling my order and dining elsewhere. This was my first encounter with her, and I do not understand why she was so unpleasant.
After ordering, I asked another staff member for the washroom key. She was friendly, but when I returned the key, Samira was the only person at the counter. I tried to hand her the key and said thank you, but she ignored me and proceeded to serve the next customer. I had to place the key in front of her and leave. It was humiliating in front of other people. Throughout this interaction, I remained polite and friendly, despite her terrible attitude, because I did not want to ruin my morning.
I have visited this location before and never experienced anything like this. I am not expecting overly cheerful service, but at the very least, I expect basic manners when interacting with customers.

The lady who took our order for breakfast, Samira, was rude while ordering!! Her face was like she's paying for us!! I know this is ain't an easy job but no job is anything like "easy job"! People comes to you before heading to different purpose from different situations and try not to annoy them...
