Never a good experience at this tim hortons. There has been more than 10 occasions where they get my order wrong or just forget things completely. I ordered 5 things today, and 3 of them were incorrect. No cut bagels, no butter, an ice cold latte, and they will never take responsibility for it. Will not be going again. Retrain your staff.

I went to the drive thur on ferry ave at 4:02 there was 2 cars in front of mine I sat in that line until 4:34 if that hard to believe check the camera and then finally get to the window and they charge me almost $15.00 dollars for a large dbl dbl so had to wait for refund for that then I hear the worker say it's not our fault we are short staff there were 4 of them there. I asked for the mangers name and got told she not there and that was it I'm sorry I never complain but that is just to much

Every year that passes Tim Hortons continues to get worse and worse in terms of service and quality. This location is no exception. Tim’s really should stick to coffee and donuts, because now that they’re trying to have a larger menu, they can’t even do those right anymore unfortunately.

Most of the drive through staff(except an old gentleman named mark) is always rude, sad and not in mood of talking. They always make you feel unwelcomed that I don’t think I’d be stopping there anymore :(
