Well i went there to get food after the oilers game but asked for a water to fill my water bottle first and i was shown i can get my own water from the tap they use to wash their hands. First the tape is auto and not cold, and was advised if i wanted cold then i needed to get ice for it (because its not cold water). So not only is that against basic hand safe, its also a reason i will definitely go to MCDONALDS or even gross over priced starbucks from now on. Cya Tims, you had a good run *pukes*

I am immensely impressed with exceptional customer service that we experienced at the Tim Hortons on Ferry Ave. in Prince George.
I am from California and my daughter has been a student at UNBC. During her finals week I was remotely trying to order a special breakfast to be delivered to help her get through a particularly challenging day. I discovered that such orders cannot be made from outside of Canada.
I called the Tim Hortons on Ferry Avenue to ask what my options were and the phone was answered by the owner Sam Walker. After hearing my plight he personally went out of his way to make sure that my daughter got a hot power breakfast and a specialty coffee.
This gesture took Canada’s friendliness to a whole new level!!! Thank you, Sam Walker, for being a blessing to our family and for your leadership with kindness!
If I could rate a 0 I would. Unbelievable, went to Tim Horton's on Ferry Ave today and used the scan and pay. Was told it didn't work so my husband used his debit card for the $17.58. I then went in to show them it came out on my account and his. Double charged and a multi million dollar company and they can't reimburse me the extra $17.58. Like seriously! I asked how I am going to get my money back as I'm not from PG and they have no answer such B.S. I have made a complaint to Tim Horton's directly. Avoid using your scan and pay at this location or all together. Unreal, if it was $2 I'd move on but they basically stole my money with no solution, horrible customer service.

I experienced the most unprofessional attitude at this location today. First, we waited approximately 20 minutes for service - even though we were the only customer in line. There were plenty of staff members, but everyone avoided eye contact and most were just gossiping. When asked for the Manager, a staff member with name tag "Miths" stepped forward, said he is the Manager, very rudely told us that they are all working and I should contact Customer Service if there is a problem. We walked out of the store and went to a different location as Tim's has been our almost daily routine for 30+ years. I have now read other reviews online about this location and they are somewhat consistent with my experience. If this is what to expect from this chain going forward, I have no desire to return.
