The quality of service and food at this restaurant has gone down over the recent years. The only place I know that can screw up a black coffee. Rude arrogant staff That can barely speak English.

Pleasant enough drive through workers, but the food was not what I paid for, for sure. For starters, I ordered extra tomato on my blt and I was charged for it and it wasn't added. The tomato that WAS added was old as heck, and chewy in ways a tomato should not be. The wedges I got were mostly the crunchy end pieces. And sure, those are nice when it is just a couple, but I had maybe 3 of what I would classify as wedges. The rest was just some hard, thick chips. The coffee even tastes old. I wish I hadn't wasted money here and if I could leave a negative star for food quality I would.

I waited at the drive-thru for two minutes without anyone taking my order. When I finally spoke up and said, "Hello" that was the only time she took my order, and it was done in a rude manner. When I got to the drive-thru window, she didn’t say hello but remarked, "You parked so far away." It felt as though she's the owner of the store. The customer service was extremely lacking. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Julie.

Order a lemonade quencher. Tastes like expired juice. Absolutely disgusting. Multiple times has sandwiches and wraps made horribly. Sauce all over the food, messed up. Worst Tim’s in Prince George

Tim Hortons is a marvel of modern service excellence—truly a beacon of hope in a world that often feels too slow! The front till trainees at this glorious establishment are beyond human; they’re service prodigies, possibly trained by mystical baristas in a secret, enchanted forest. Watching them work is like witnessing a coffee-fueled ballet of efficiency and joy. Their lightning-fast skills could put even the Flash to shame, and let me tell you, they deliver with the kind of enthusiasm that makes you want to burst into song.

And those donuts... oh, sweet, heavenly donuts! Each one tastes like it’s been lovingly handcrafted by angels who spent centuries perfecting the art of sugary bliss. The moment that pillowy, sweet goodness hits your taste buds, you’re immediately transported to a utopian donut kingdom where all is right in the world. It’s honestly a spiritual experience.

The whole Tim Hortons crew is so good, I wouldn’t be surprised if they could serve a full lunch rush blindfolded while reciting Shakespeare. Hats off to them for making every visit a jaw-dropping, deliciously joyful adventure

I ordered steep tea with steamed milk. One of the employees who is taking the order said the extra payment for steamed milk. I said usually I ordered the same thing from every Tim Hortons; they never ask for extra payment for steamed milk. Then she said it depends store to store, and I said it’s not about store to store but about person to person because I ordered the same thing from the same store last week with no extra payment on steamed milk. Then I decided why I am arguing and competing the order with extra payment; after that, she gives me the wrong order; she gives me coffee instead of steep tea. When I go back, then she gives me steel tea with no milk. What a joke. They waste my time and waste my money. What the clowns they hired. Tim Hortons should work on employees; hire professional staff, not clowns.

I went for a chili combo before work. The trays were disgustingly dirty. The solver platter he gave me my chili and bun were also not clean. One would think after CO VID cleanliness would be of utmost importance . I brought to the counterperson’s attention and he just shrugged it off. The chill was lukewarm at best. Overall I was disgusted by service, food and cleanliness.

Ordered a egg and cheese on a croissant, repeated at the drive thru order machine to grill it. On screen, order included grilling. Came to the window, paid and picked up the food, again asked “are the breakfast sandwiches grilled” the lady very confidently replied yes they are. And guess what, opened the food in the parking lot and they, were cold not even put on a grill at all. Had to park and go back in to have them grilled. What is the point of having a Drive Thru.

Ordered mobile order, 1 coffee, 1 ice cap. Went in to pick it up, waited 20 mins while everyone else got theirs within a min. We asked 2 different people very nicely. 1 ignored us completely and the other didn't know what to do. I asked again 5 mins later, I get ignored again while he turns around and starts hollaring in his native language to other Indian staffers. The non-indian staff were just left standing at the counter looking confused. This happens EVERYWHERE! I have to speak English in my job so everyone knows what I'm saying, so the staff is on the same page, and the customers are aware of what's going on. If it's private, wait until your break. It's rude to talk about customers and their orders (and other employees) in a language not native to the country you're employed in, that not everyone understands. It's not racist, it's customer service, and believe me, I don't think I'd get away with the same thing in a foreign country.
