Over all this whole location needs to do and be better. The staff is rude, food is never made properly and is always being contaminated with other food because they don't clean and use the same utensils to make the food. I stood in the line up for 5 minutes and the whole time I was standing there waiting for my coffee to be made I winded up watching either one of the staff members or employee being rude in the drive threw and was calling a customer vulgar names all because they wanted their money back for an order they didn't want anymore. The inside is always dirty and never cleaned properly and aslo have the homeless hogging up the bathrooms and using drugs in them and nothing being dealt about it. This location needs overall improvement all together

No matter how many times I give this location a chance, they are always out of the most insane things. Today -no espresso. Last 2 times, Tim bits. Service at the window includes throwing it out the window, avoiding all conversations and no courtesy.

During my visit to Tim Hortons at Massey Drive, Sandeep's vibrant and engaging service made my experience delightful. Her warm greeting and lively conversation created a welcoming atmosphere. Her enthusiasm added a special touch, making it a positive experience for all. Kudos to Sandeep for her outstanding service and lively presence at Tim Hortons!

came to this one a couple times and everytime we come here they are cleaning the grill (this is around 8ish) we asked why and the lady was super rude started yelling at us and swore at my young cousin. We were offered no other options so we left and now everytime we come here it’s the same 2 working and we get pointed at and talked about. 0/10 would not recommend. Other food and drinks are meh.

They're usually unreliable. If they're out of items, which happens a lot, they would throw any random item in the bag without letting you know, and without asking if you want something else, and still charge you for what you've ordered. I tried to get a refund and refunded $1 and something cents, for an item that was $4. Tried to give another chance but it still happens. And judging by the other reviews here, I'm not alone and nothing happens after everyone has mentioned the problem, because these reviews show its happened as far as a year ago, from what I've seen. They're vultures with no integrity. Not returning.
