I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a English muffin with egg, cheese and sausage, it took them 10 minutes to make it and once I got it there was no sausage and it wasn’t on a English muffin, I do not recommend ordering from this Tim Hortons.

I always order using the app and give them about 5 minutes before I head over to grab it on my lunch break. Today I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my order. The girl taking orders went to make an order for someone else, made their order and completely ignored mine to go back to taking orders. Not the first time they’ve ignored my order. I thought that mobile orders were supposed to get priority but this location makes you wait while they ignore it and continue taking regular orders

Mediocre for the money. Not the same since Tim's was bought out. Way to corporate now. No smiles. Inadequate food sizing

I ordered a BLT and it was the saddest excuse of a sandwich I've ever seen. Half the sandwich was just bread and mayonnaise and costed $3-4. Really disappointed.

Food was good, I came here while shopping wanting to get something nice and cold for me and my family (around a month ago), staff rushed me and was rude to me I won’t go to this Tim hortons again the one by my house is better.

They will not honor their mistakes.
Today they said "Thank you" and passed us our food. Thank you usually indicates that all the food has now been passed over.
We ordered two dream cookies, they gave one. We ordered two donuts, they gave one.
They also stopped having mayonnaise for their sandwiches.
Their drinks are horrible.
I'm never coming back.

I'm just a coffee fan
We went during the slowest times of the day.. there was no line up, but my steeped tea double double tastes like water. My wife got a habanero wrap it took them 10 minutes to prepare, even though we were the only ones there. When we opened the wrap it was ripped and poorly put together. Terrible service, we were the only people in line.

employees were very rude, i asked if i could use my points for a london fog and she said yes. she tried to get me to pay for it when i was trying to use my points and she said ‘it doesn’t work for that’ when she just said i could. so i got a coffee instead. while i was waiting a couple of girls behind the counter were glaring at my friend and i. poor customer service.

I asked for my most basic and typical order (I get it every time I go to Tim’s) of a bagel with cream cheese and a small iced Capp. The worker asked me if I wanted light cream cheese THREE times, every time I said no just regular until I gave up and let her give me light. After already standing there for ages trying to explain my cream cheese she typed in 2 small ice Capps and I said I just wanted one. She then proceeded to accidentally erase my entire order and retype it all in. She asked me if I wanted butter on my bagel (?♀️) I said nope cream cheese. I got my bagel and it was PLAIN just toasted with nothing on it and I had to ask the winter to please put cream cheese on it. Weirdest Tim Hortons experience ever, and no apologies or anything just confusion and weird anger I felt from the workers over why I thought were pretty reasonable requests.

I hate giving complains esp. in food industry coz ive been also working in same setting... but this tim hortons in pine center mall push beyond my limit, all my collegues also started not buying anything from this store first and always one and only reason is the service that they rendered to the customer "VERY VERY BAD!!!!" Today I encounter 2 scenario aside from what i have experience from everyday buying coffee to them... the small indian and i believe the manager is very rude, the old ladies customer just confirming to them if that order is really their order and then this manager shout and tell them with poker face and rolling eyes! why she cant even tell to the customer nicely??? Is this really how you deliver your customer service????? You as a manager you should know how to handle that situation and knowing your staff will following your service.. And then when i order to her, and admit it that i order or tell her wrongly instead of correcting me she just laugh and even have the nerve to tell to his collegue and then started to laugh??? Wt??? You should not laugh to your customer like that you can just clarify my order coz you got confuse right??? last time also before closing me and my friends like to buy coffee from them and knowing that they will close or they will take last order by 5:30. We will ordering to them and its only around 5pm their faces becomes black like they want to eat all the customers in the line.. starting today me and my friends decided to grab some food and drinks in tim hortons massey... with this kind of service that they will delivered is not worth it!
