First time I've been to a Tim Horton's in a hospital turned out to be ok but the atmosphere is a little Grimm, and I'm kind of fearful to touch things.
Got three drinks, the coffee was fine, but I got a white hot chocolate half chair tea and the water looked like it had oil in it with that chrome reflection off of it and it had no white hot chocolate to begin with.
The earl gray didn’t taste like earl gray at all, just tasted like water. This Tim hortons used to be really good and now it just sucks.
Everything good but no pizza.
I love Tim Hortons!!
Tables were disgusting, when I asked staff to clean it i got a snappy reply of "We don't have anyone"
My simply sausage was way frozen in the center smh took them 15mins before I got a new one.

This Tim Hortons at UHNBC is the best I have ever been to. Staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond to make things right if there is even the smallest hiccup with your order. I can't praise these essential workers enough. Thank you.

Oh, Tim Hortons, where do I even begin? This place is not just a coffee shop; it's a national treasure! Walking into Tim Hortons is like being wrapped in a warm, caffeinated hug. The employees? Absolute legends. I'm convinced they’re all secretly superheroes who moonlight as baristas. Every time I walk in, they greet me with smiles so bright, I need sunglasses. And the efficiency? It's like they have a direct line to the coffee gods. I once ordered a coffee and a donut, and I swear they had it ready before I even finished saying "double-double!"
Now, let’s talk about the food. Forget Michelin stars—Tim Hortons deserves its own galaxy of recognition! The donuts are so fluffy, they must have been baked by clouds. And the Timbits? I’m pretty sure they were handcrafted by tiny, magical elves who understand the deep, existential need for bite-sized joy.
The coffee is brewed from beans that must have been kissed by the sun and serenaded by angels. A single sip and I’m ready to conquer the world—or at least tackle my inbox. And those breakfast sandwiches? Perfection between two slices of heaven. I’m starting to believe they use a secret ingredient: pure love.
In summary, Tim Hortons isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s an experience, a daily pilgrimage to the promised land of deliciousness, served with a side of pure Canadian friendliness. Go there if you want to start your day with a smile, and a coffee so good, you'll question why you ever settled for anything less!

Service is really poor and don’t deliver food on time. Workers are making fun of customers which personally I don’t like.
