Great food and drinks, reasonable prices and generous portions with a creative menu. The staff are the best! Welcoming, friendly and attentive. We love the patio in the summer and the trivia during the cold months. Thanks, Trench!

Love the beer here so much and I really enjoy having this gem in Prince George. My husband and I frequent this place and sometimes grab food. Unfortunately, we decided to each try their “Nashville hot chicken sandwich” and it was the farthest thing from that. Frozen chicken burger patties (minced chicken, not a chicken breast) with a Tabasco sauce. We were severely disappointed with the food. Please take this off the menu as it really does a disservice to how good the beer is.

Always a great time at Trench! The atmosphere is so fun and the staff are great. Love what they have on tap and always find myself ordering their brisket mac & cheese (literally mouth watering) or nachos. My only hope is the Wildberry Seltzer will one day make a return ?

I was down for music triva night on Thursday. Good crowd, service was good, food was great!

Charged my wife and me a 18% "tip" that they did not deserve, I was going to demand they remove it since they can not legally make us pay that but my wife did not want to make a scene. The food was over priced and very small portions, $18 for potato skins which amounted to one potato. Neither me or any of the people I know will ever set foot in there again.

Beer great, food very mediocre. I eat a vegetarian diet and wanted to try their potato skins with the smoked tofu. Ugh. I paid $17 for four potato skins and either the tofu was off and sour, or the smoke flavour is disgusting. I ate two. Bleh. My brother had the brisket sandwich and mentioned it was ok. He got it with the macaroni side which was so so bland. All in all, I would not go back to eat here... but the beer was really good. I would rate a 2*, but am giving it a 3* for the beer alone.

We stopped in here on a whim after walking Cottonwood Park and was absolutely blown away. The beers were great, service was friendly and attentive but the Trout Gravlox took the cake! It was, hands down the best dish we’ve ever had in a brewery. Super tasty and well balanced. Just delicious. Will be back next time we’re in PG!

Husband enjoys and knows his IPA. He did not like the Fang IPA at all. Our meals weren't that great either. The BBQ on the pulled pork sandwich was too tomatoey tasting, not much BBQ flavor to the sauce, the side coleslaw was the blandest slaw we've ever had in our lives. Did they forget to mix in Sugar? Vinegar? Dill? Celery Seed? I think it was just mayo. The sliced pickles were flavorless too. The Diet Coke was flat. The Mac and Brisket was just ok but it needed some spicy BBQ sauce mixed in or on top of it. The Mac/Brisket meal did not come with a side for $18. The Mac/Brisket 'garlic bread' was 1 piece of a hamburger bun with garlic and butter. WTH? We will look elsewhere next time we're in the area.

Great food! Great atmosphere and amazing drinks. Had plenty of options for my wife who is Gluten Free as well. We can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to the north.

Drinks were great as usual. Brunch is so limited in options. Opted for chicken wings and they were less than mediocre. Lemon pepper was non existent and the skin is just bad, the hot wings are so mild and half were overcooked despite being smoked. Definitely will never do brunch again as there was a grand total of 4 options and if that's how they smoke wings I dare not try brisket or burnt ends.Edit: lowering the rating as a friend had some good points. It isn't even a pound of wings as they come with the entire tip on so 1/3 of the content is inedible. Black Clover's full tip wings are far superior. The skin at Trench is so overcooked it's drenched in sauce but not even consistently, and it appears to be the same sauce on all the wings regardless of "flavour." I've only had worse wings once in my life, at the now gone Wings N Things. Half of them were cold and the end of service felt rushed to pay.Just don't do brunch unless it's a liquid lunch cuz wow that was not good

Awesome local Micro Brewery with some great tasting beers and nice environment! Friendly staff who are passionate about the place which is so great to see. It maybe down town in a light industrial area but it is worth seeking out to enjoy some quality craft beer. The only knock on them is they need a little more or better appies. Otherwise awesome place to go!!
