The review would be higher if the establishment didnt consistently drop the ball. Never order fries and gravy even if you pay for the side 60% of the time they'll forget the gravy. Have allergy problems and tell them no tomatoes, well sorry they dont care and you will have to go back. This is a frequent issue not just a one off atleast 6 times this year. Saddly I like my monty mushroom but will have to give it up, I dont like the absurdity of paying and not getting the item. Oh and if you go back with a receipt they dont care and will insist it was given as stated on the receipt, atleast 30dollars of missed order items, definitely done with the c hole

waited at the window with no line up for about 10 minutes. My boyfriend noticed a really strong smoke smell fuming from the restaurant but didn’t think much more of it. We got the food and noticed, well… this. Please do not hand out buns like this, this is gross.

Their milkshakes are pretty unbeatable and the workers are generally quite friendly, but the service is pretty slow no matter the time of day. You could get through the Wendy’s line up next door three or four times in the you get through the short Triple O’s line up once.

I am disappointed, I just spent over 30 bucks in food for me to only get to eat my fries. I asked for no cheese or dairy products. I got all that straighten out then I get my food and drive away. Going to eat it only to find cheese all over it. When I repeatly asked for NO dairy as I have a really bad allergy to it.

Every one of our items ordered had issues but the cashier fixed them all. It seemed a bit over priced for what is essentially fast food. I'll go back and night improve my score if they get our orders right the first time
