A mistake was made on a delivery order and they went above and beyond to make it right. The service and food here is excellent and I’ll always be happy to support this location.

Finally went here for the first time yesterday. Even without a hello, or be right with you from the clerk I was checking out the very limited menu on the counter... when I noticed a few ants on the counter. Thinking that it is not a big deal as the place seems clean. Until I looked around, flys and 3 lines of ants spotted and I walked out.... Very very poor cleaning done here, you can tell it's extremely diluted cleaners or just basic water... signs of cheap management/ownership cutting costs. Or the employees are just lazy as hell and think wiping crumbs off the counter will be sufficient ?

Food was OK. Service was fair. Bathrooms and restaurant needs some attention, the staff could be spending some of their spare time on. Old saying; if you have time to lean to have time to clean.
Good food, but for $40 I would expect them to not forget a fork in the drive thru bag for the poutine. And only one napkin for two meals. Thanks.

I ordered from here and ordered EXTRA triple o sauce and when I received my order the burger was sitting on a dry bun with no triple o sauce anywhere! I called and spoke to the "manager" and she didn't care and told me to have a nice day? I never complain but now I can't eat my burger as it's just deep fried fish on a dry bun. Poor service to the extreme! Oh, and the fish now is the size of a chicken strip! $30 NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Don't waste your money!

Great food, but the service is usually pretty slow. Worth the wait though.
Drive-through for a single burger.Bun over toasted lettuce wilted and tomatoes mushy. Staff unfriendly. Never again. They are other place that make way better burgers11.00 dollars for garbage!
