I am disappointed, I just spent over 30 bucks in food for me to only get to eat my fries. I asked for no cheese or dairy products. I got all that straighten out then I get my food and drive away. Going to eat it only to find cheese all over it. When I repeatly asked for NO dairy as I have a really bad allergy to it.

Three of us had lunch here a few weeks ago, I was impressed by the food, shakes, and service. Its nothing fancy, but we sure were treated well. My burger was good to, not like the crap they call burgers at too many places.

We go there on a very regular basis and every time we've asked for crispy fries we've never ever got it. It's a very simple request it doesn't take much effort.

Every one of our items ordered had issues but the cashier fixed them all. It seemed a bit over priced for what is essentially fast food. I'll go back and night improve my score if they get our orders right the first time

Just came through the drive thru (roughly 3pm PST, Dec. 21st), they forgot my gravy, I call to get compensation, manager is trying to talk about coupons. Nah bro, free gravy IF NOT a free meal is what I'm getting now. Cuz now I can't even enjoy my fries.
Worst part, the staff took FOREVER!! and they STILL messed up!? Whole restaurant needs to be retrained. Asap!! Triple check your bags folks. And if the manager i spoke to on the phone is reading this, better have all that food AND gravy fresh for me. And it's coming outta YOUR wallet, not mine. Let this be a lesson to you. Have staff that can focus.
My husband and I visited Triple O's for the first time on Friday, and it was fantastic! We ordered the Original and Monty Mushroom burgers, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and the burgers were cooked to perfection. We were so impressed with the quality of the food and the overall experience.
If you're looking for a place with amazing burgers, we highly recommend Triple O's. We'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!

Finally went here for the first time yesterday. Even without a hello, or be right with you from the clerk I was checking out the very limited menu on the counter... when I noticed a few ants on the counter. Thinking that it is not a big deal as the place seems clean. Until I looked around, flys and 3 lines of ants spotted and I walked out.... Very very poor cleaning done here, you can tell it's extremely diluted cleaners or just basic water... signs of cheap management/ownership cutting costs. Or the employees are just lazy as hell and think wiping crumbs off the counter will be sufficient ?
