I can’t say enough good things about the Twisted Cork! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and cared about. The space is so beautiful and unique. The lighting is great and very flattering. The wait staff and bartenders very obviously care about their patrons so the service is always fantastic. It’s very apparent they aim to create a warm, fun, and inclusive atmosphere. The cocktails Mike makes are seriously delicious and definitely works of art, and he uses unique methods that make for complex and interesting drinks unlike anything I’ve ever had. The food is next level tasty, which is especially impressive given how young the head chef is. He’s clearly passionate about making high quality food and everything I’ve had there is great. Highly recommend the lobster stuffed chicken. If you haven’t checked out the Twisted Cork lately you should definitely give them a try. I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed. Enjoy!!
Lamb shank was very tender, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Rough mashed potatoes went very well with drippings. Roast carrots and zucchini were excellent as well. First time I've had fried chicken peas, they added texture and wonderful flavor.
Such a great atmosphere! Our server described the place as casual elegance. It gets progressively more relaxed as the evening wears on. Their deep fried pickles are amazing!!
Very nice place, friendly, delicious
Outstanding service in an atmosphere filled with unprecedented character, topped off with excellent hand crafted drinks and spectacular food that is made to perfection. 👌 Thank you Mike, Justin and staff for the amazing experience every time I visit. Incredible.
Ayla was our server and she was a legend! 👌 unreal service, unreal food, and atmosphere was the best! Mike has turned this place into one of the best stops for pg and I highly recommend it for anyone!
Best restaurant to dine in in Prince George. The atmosphere and interior design resemble western movies 🎬
My partner and I had our birthday's dinner served here in April 2025. We had a New York Striploin (steak) & Lamb Shank that were cooked perfectly, and it was marinated tastefully, thanks to the great kitchen crew Takio and Amanda. Beforehand, we had 2 special cocktails (I don't remember the names😁) smelling and tasting great. Since it was our birthday, we were offered a free cheesecake, which I must say it was the best one I ever had. Afterward, the staff accommodated a surprise moment for my partner and when my friends brought a cake. Mike, the best restaurant coordinator ever provided our group of 4 with herbal tea and coffee and surprisingly when we asked for the bill, he said it was for free (man it could cost over $40 somewhere else).
I must say a million times thanks to Mike for coordinating the moment, the handsome barman Justin and the skillful kitchen crew Takio and Amanda for creating such a memorable night for us.
5 star is not enough for this gem, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
All the people who work here are friendly. Takio, Amanda, Justin and Mike. Thanks for the friendly environment, wonderful food and everything. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹
10/10. Great food, service (thanks Mike!) and creative cocktails.
Had a great evening here with the wife. The décor is stunning, and the service is so friendly. Justin was great, a pleasure to talk to, and did an excellent job with the drinks. We both appreciated the touch of Italian hospitality.

Really wonderful evening. Atmosphere was wonderful. Server Mike was fantastic. All of his recommendations were spot on. Cocktails were fantastic. Short ribs and paella were both fantastic. Cheesecake and strawberry shortcake for dessert were both devoured. Not a crumb was left. Will be back forsure!

Went here for my second time and it was most definitely a 10/10 all around. Had seared scallops to start followed by the Lamb Shank and New York steak with peppercorn gravy. Couldn't resist dessert of the Creme Brulè and the house made New York cheesecake. We paired our meals with a Heron Bay savignon blanc and a Pomegranate lemon sour. Our waitress Barbie was very attentive and on the ball as well as being honest and informative about the meals. The food was 10/10. Best meal in years. Thank you very much. New pics attached.

The atmosphere was amazing here. And my girlfriend went as we are doing a monthly girls dinner out to different restaurants in town to get a taste of PG... This will definitely be a repeat stop on our list. I had the duck which was so amazing and my girlfriend had the pheasant... Also a hit...
The service was amazing and they were very knowledgeable about their menu and were spot on when we asked about choices for dinner .. thank you so much Twisted Cork for an amazing experience... We'll be back...😉
I came to take out there cheese cake. Soooo good, thank you so much for making my wine night wonderful, Michele
Recently enjoyed family dinner here! The Mahi-Mahi off the weekly menu was absolutely delicious. Mike took amazing care of us and really went above and beyond to make our evening special. Can’t wait to visit again!!
We visited the Twisted Cork for its weekend feature of Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding. We paired it with a bottle of Hahn Pinot Noir from California. A great evening in Prince George!
