Whoever runs this wendys does not care about their customers. They haven't cleared the drive thru and its been weeks. Ever hear of a shovel? Hard work i know. Probably too difficult for the owner to do anything. Clearly one of those I buy a fast food place and not take care of it. Sad to see wendys fallen so far

Stale soggy limp fries. No extra tomato as asked. Yet extra pickles 🤮 Completely wrong burger and not a JBC. Wrap that wasn't put together. Grilled chicken was hard and not fresh. No sauce.
Order read back and corrected several times and still incorrect.
Just awful. I'd call and complain, but nothing would change. Waste of money.

Had an issue with our order tonight. Ordered a baconator and a son of baconator. Get home both are son of baconators. It's like a $3 different between the two. Drove back down because they have promised to mail a coupon in the past for issues and it never happened.
The girl said they would give me a baconator and to keep the rest of the order I said no I live 20 minutes away and would like the entire order remade because it's now cold from me driving back. While they remade the burgers they did not remake the fries I honestly couldn't believe my eyes and left. Thank you for the cold fries after messing up the order. I can continue to speak of the issues of location it's so disappointing.
the nuggets are burnt, and the chicken wrap looks absolutely awful the way how they wrapped it.

they replaced my sisters frosty with a strawberry lemonade.... which she is allergic to :/ and i cant drink it either because of the sugar
they were already closed once the food arrived so now we just have this drink we didnt want that neither of us can consume instead of my sisters dessert

My burger bun was literally WET or oily but it was drenched , I also had to assemble it myself it came sloppy. My fries were cold also. It was at 1:33am so there wasn’t any rush it was only me in the drive thru at the time so I don’t see no excuse.
