I went through the drive-thru twice in last week the first time I ordered one type of salad and asked for the small one they sent they didn't have any small bowls and they weren't offering that so I just kind of left it at that the next time I ordered a different salad and was so told once again that they only had the large one so I said she said we don't have these so I said but I want the one that says that it is $10.86 which what's the price of this moment a fellow came on and said thank you I drove up and got my small salad I think that it is something they're doing to try and get people to buy the larger salad at a larger price

Disgusting! Asked for a Spicy Asiago combo and got a cheese and mushroom burger. The fries were hardly room temperature and not edible. Called the restaurant and was left on hold. I thought I was pretty friendly but didn't even get eye contact at the window. I worked here and have lived in the neighborhood my entire life but this has been consistent lately and don't think we will be coming back

I ordered delivery from this restaurant at night around 1am. They missed my whole combo and when i called them about missing items i guess she was the supervisor at night, she clearly denied for missing items instead she said i can’t help you and she didn’t even apologized for her mistake and not even she accepted her mistake. I would never give a bad feedback to any restaurant but her behaviour made me do it. She didn’t even picked up my call next time when i tried to place another order with them. Seriously, she ruined my meal even though i was hungry whole day and i waited to get home to order something to eat.

It's okay by fast food standards. The drive thru can be on the undesirable side as it can be slow. I wouldn't recommend giving them physical cash as it took several minutes for them to count it and give back your change. It was okay service.

Food was amazing but i hope if i can give 0 star for customer service. It was my first time i went in store for my pickup order from ubers around 9 pm on sunday. The lady on the front counter behaving like she can’t see me at all and there is hardly 2-3 customers standing over there after some time she was asking me with hand rotation gestures only like “why i am here”..?? Also Gave me a stare like she just saw an alien.. Seriously.!!! WENDYS REALLY NEEDS TO WORK ON YOUR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDE…!!!! And give them proper customer service training 🙏🏻
Thinest burger patty I have ever experienced in my entire life, too much sauce.. one day the burger patty will be see through thin like the bacon....fries were good but too salty...newly renovated looks ok.
