My burger bun was literally WET or oily but it was drenched , I also had to assemble it myself it came sloppy. My fries were cold also. It was at 1:33am so there wasn’t any rush it was only me in the drive thru at the time so I don’t see no excuse.

The worst customer service, one of the member named Jyoti was very very rude towards me and also with her team members, I had dine in order and I asked about the restroom, she was speaking bad about me in her language, worst store, no hello, no greetings especially that girl that's why I asked her name

I ordered threw the drive threw not only did they forget a whole 6 nuggets they forgot a Dave’s triple and added a tomato when told not to they were blasting Indian music so loud inside that we had to scream to be heard threw the mic THEY STILL TOOK ALL OF THE MONEY with out any of our items and no one will pick up the phone they have turned it off I hate reviews but I jus want my money back or to tell people it’s god awful service which it is .

I went and asked for a baconator and got a bacon poutine which is not understandable for how it got messed up and as I was hungry I took a bite talking with my girlfriend I went for another bite and it was completely raw took a picture posted it on my FB page I went to the cashier and told her and showed her the burger it was raw she said she would give me a new burger so I threw it out then the manager came and was a bit rude saying where is the burger I told her I threw it out and she said where it wasn't raw I said would you like me to dig in the garbage and show you and as I went to show a picture of the raw burger she said ok and left right away. I am done eating food from inexperienced people get food safe learn how to take orders and please be nice to your customers as they are very important for business like I said on another review I would have an inspector come in un announced and to a thorough walk around and check the quality and safety and sanitation that is in that place as I know for being a chef for 12 years non of that is going on someone including myself should contact the regional health authority as someone will get sick from that....

Picked up the uber delivery order from this location for a customer .the staff packed the coffee with food;didn’t put tray in the bag; coffee got spilled in the bag; my trousers got wet; my legs feels burn; my car got messy ;when i phone she said its your fault when i ask how its my fault she said ok come back i’ll pack again; and while i was talking she hang up call i caller thrice after she didn’t pick the call.. my car is smelling coffee and cream in it .. also i feel pitty for the customer whose meal got ruined because of the stupidity of the people who work here .. good luck to the customers of this location …

Spend 30$ on food and then ask for extra mayo that you already paid for and got ripped off on your burger... that'll be 30 cents sir. Just sad, the owner should close the doors and allow somone that won't be bankrupt by a pack of mayo run this location.
