I had the displeasure of buying food at this Wendy’s location! Wendy’s was once my favourite burger choice! I purchased a burger at this location at the drive through! As I drove away and opened the burger wrapper I soon discovered that that the burger was as small as they could make it! It had no taste, unripe tomatoes, a very small bun, a paper thin hamburger patty and tasted like eating cardboard! What a disappointment!

Came in in Via rail. Saw it open until midnight which worked for us. Arrived at 9:01 pm and dining room shut and no way to order without a vehicle. No walk ups. I’m sure it is a Wendy’s policy or due to the homeless problem, I am sure my wife and two kids looked too strung out. Be sure to bring food if arriving late when travelling Via Rail on a weekend.

Everytime I go to this location we are given cold and old fries. I called and explained that my sister is in the hospital and was given inedible fries. The East Indian girl hung up on me and keeps hanging up on me now when I try to call back. She said she was the supervisor. This seems to be the issue at McDonald’s with the East Indian workers. They holler and hang up if there’s a complaint and speak with each other in their language. I will be complaining to the owner now. I wouldn’t recommend ever eating here. My sister is dying of liver failure and just wanted to enjoy a meal from Wendy’s. I explained that she’s in the hospital but that the fries were inedible. Very ignorant and I professional people. Cannot believe this. I’ve never been treated this way by any business. They need to do better.

First time ever going to WENDY'S and we went through drive thru line was short, order taker was rushing us to complete order. Then the food was cold when we got home either meals were cold and stale. I wont be going back to Wendy's again by choice.

It's really the orange fizz frosty. It's so disgusting. The name is deceiving. Not a frosty at all. It's orange pop with ice with a squirt of cream!! The cream curdled up. Curdled milk in pop. Looks yucky n tasted yuck. I hoped for an actual frosty texture. I called to make sure they didn't just make it wrong.

Just popped into Wendy’s, keep seeing an advert so thought I’d try. The service although polite does feel like you’ve interrupted something way more important. Food tasted ok but obviously made some time as cold. Inside looks clean but very pungent smell, unwashed socks? Not sure but i could not stay in. Position downtown obviously presents its own issues. Won’t be rushing back🤨

This Wendy's is pretty rough. Stopped here while driving through town on a road trip and had to try and get through a crowd of unhoused people at the front door. The food was good and the staff was friendly but when we went to leave the people that were outside were inside blocking the door and we had to go out of the opposite exit. Very negative experience.
