Aubree's Breakfast is a busy downtown spot with limited parking, located on the bottom floor of a motel. This amazing little breakfast restaurant offers fresh, well-seasoned food served in large portions. Favorites include breakfast Poutine and chorizo poutine, both praised for their taste. Customers appreciate the friendly and inviting staff, noting that they are attentive and quick to respond when a dish isn't hot enough or a replacement is needed. The atmosphere has a sunny-side-up vibe with great decor, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a good breakfast. The coffee is highly praised, perfect for taking time to savor the experience. Visitors often mention waiting a few minutes for a table, especially larger groups, but they find the experience worth it for the delicious food and friendly service. The monthly crepe special, like the peach crumble, has received positive feedback, along with the veggie omelet, referred to as a turnover. Aubree's Breakfast remains a popular choice for breakfast in Prince George, and many hope it lasts a lifetime, as it feels like a trip through memory lane of what restaurants used to be like.
