The weirdest and the rudest manager. I would not recommend working there. That manager harrassed my dear friend so badly she had to quit. That manager has a loose nut. I used to be a regular customer and I brought friends there. Never again!
I wish I could make it there everyday.

You've gotta try their breakfast sandwich because it's the perfect way to start your day. The vibe there is always chill, and the crew is super friendly, making it a great spot for a morning bite.

The manager is the worst. I believe she needs some counsel on how to manage the staff and customers. She is the worst. It's a coffee shop, lady. Get serious!

I just left Zoe's Java House where I was humiliated by the woman behind the counter for not placing my used dishes in the right spot. I sat them down while reaching for a napkin, she leaned over the counter to tell me not to leave them there. I attempted to pass them to her as she was leaning over the counter at the time, but she refused to take them. Instead she pointed to another shelf and told me to put them. I apologized and walked to where she was pointing. I once again put the plate down to dispose of the waste into the bin beside this shelf. She came towards me to tell me, no, not there. At which point I dropped the plate and cup unto the shelf, and said 'Do it yourself!' She replied 'I guess you can't read, huh.' As you can see there's no issue with my literacy.I don't expect to bus my own tables unless it's a fast food establishment, even at some of those my food is delivered to my table, it's not put someplace for me to pick up if my name is called. My returning my used dishes was a courtesy, a word you obviously are not familiar with. I don't work there, I pay to be served food not to be directed on how you want me to bus my table. Be thankful for my anti- confrontational personality, if I had given into the impulse I had at that moment, it would have ended very differently.

Went here for lunch one day and asked for the veggie chilli. The lady at the till told me they were out of chilli, I requested a smoothie and asked what was in the daily soup, It wasn’t something I would eat so I looked at the menu, which is above your head and you need to look up to read. I asked if they had egg salad sandwiches at all, and she said no only what’s on the menu. So I said can I just get some sourdough bread with butter? As they serve this there ( I already wasted my lunch break waiting in the line and didn’t have time to go anywhere else) The lady said “what” twice as I assumed she couldn’t hear me. I said it a bit louder as there was plexi glass as well as blenders going, music and people talking. She then told me no I don’t serve you you can leave. I said excuse me I said it louder because you couldn’t hear me. She said no you had attitude when I said no chilli you rolled your eyes! I said no I had to look up at the menu lol 😂 anyways no lunch today I guess but seems to be going down hill imo, sad as it is a cute place with a good veggie chilli. She was the manager as well and treats other customers this way from reviews I have seen.
Got a flat white, iced chai latte and cherry chocolate cheesecake and none of it was good and pretty expensive for quality.
