Charley’s Lounge at the Crest Hotel serves delicious food, with Chef Willy's chowder and burgers being standouts. The braised beef rib and semi freddo dessert come highly recommended. The Pear Sparkler drink is a hit too. The elegant setting provides a relaxing Canadian experience, with excellent service from servers like Nirin. The rack of lamb with mushrooms and whipped potatoes is a must-try, complemented by the incredible view. A great restaurant experience in a more remote BC town, Charley’s Lounge exceeds expectations for both locals and visitors alike.
