Chances Grill PR offers great food, especially burgers, although the menu is limited. The atmosphere can get too loud. The fish and chips are recommended, but burgers might fall apart. Avoid the calamari. The service is prompt, but some staff may not know the specials. Overall, it's a good place for a meal, with excellent food and quick service, located near a hotel and a casino.
