Never have any issues with the food however if you get delivery you cant trust the tracking. Driver updates showing delivered but then can take another 20mins after that to show up.
Chose contactless delivery option and prepaid on the website and left a clear message (1st photo). Receipt shows Pizzahut's own instruction as well (2nd photo).In the year of tail-end of the pandemic, the delivery person kept waiting for me. Seems like they had a poor grasp of English. That's fine, but training should have included this basic contactless delivery option.As for the pizza, I haven't had it yet as I was just flabbergasted and had to leave this review....
My travel companion loves Pizza Hut so we looked it up, expecting it to have a dining room. Not so! There is a small counter that 1-2 people could eat at. Our food wasn’t extraordinary but that’s also what I expected. Probably won’t return on my next Rupert trip as there are several other restaurants I’d like to try.
