We grew up going to eat here with our parents, food was always great. Now it's not the same experience as when we were kids. The one great thing about this place is that they'll let you substitute on the chinese menu.
Their food is always great, when dining in. Their delivery and phone service, however, can use some work. Multiple occasions I have waited almost two hours for my food. Each time I called to see what was going on, they assured me that it was “on the way, they just left.” Upon the arrival after a very long wait, my food would be very cold. On a recent family trip, we ended up at West End and they took all 30 of us without any notice, which I have to commend them on. The building itself is fairly dated and run-down, and the food was mediocre at best. However, the saving grace of eating here was the fast and friendly service, and fair pricing.
