Sushi Bars in Prince Rupert

“I was lucky enough to get a reservation. The last one for August. There are only 4 tables served and two servings a night. The chef will focus on the four tables only, so don't walk in and try to get take out, or ask about making a reservation. You can't. The chef buys the fresh fish that morning, as the restaurant is literally on the warf. The food is so fresh a little crab leapt off the serving tray attempting to make it back into the sea. What an amazing dining experience. I hope I can work in Prince Rupert again to dine at Fukasaku again.“

“Had a fantastic dinner here. Waited all week after scouting the menu early, and waited until Friday night to indulge. What a great little spot tucked into the second floor of what appears to be an older styled house/commercial space with a patio that would be amazing in the warmer months. It was very busy, which makes sense, but service was a tad slow, but understandable. Sashimi was fresh and tasty, the rools were fantastic. I will be coming here EVERY time I m in Prince Rupert, and I suggest you do the same!“
