“From the moment we entered Bistro 694 we knew we were in a special place. We were greeted warmly by Nancy, one of the owners, (Doubling as our incredible server) and led to a lovely window table with soft candle lighting and pleasing background music. It got even better from here! We were treated to complimentary warm bread, butter, balsamic dip and olives, including delicious gluten free bread for me. Our choice of an appetizer was to share a regular sized Caesar salad. It was absolutely the best Caesar I have ever tasted, with home made dressing, the perfect amount of fresh parmesan cheese with the croutons on the side for my husband. Our dinners were served piping hot, with mine being the decadent and delicious Chicken with Walnuts and Gorgonzola, every vegetable cooked to crisp perfection. My husband enjoyed the equally delicious Linguine Prosciutto. My only disappointment is that we had not experienced this fabulous Bistro before this time. If I could score higher than 5 I would!
