I'll start by saying I'm big on supporting local business. Every once in a while, I'll order a large pepperoni pizza ($21.00) from Pizza Palace. I've always been very happy with their product, until this past weekend. I thought I would treat myself and order a large Meat Supreme ($32.00). What a ripoff, their large pizza is now the size of a med, I use to get two meals out of their large pizzas, not anymore. It would be nice if they posted on their site that they are participating in shrink sizing. I felt totally taken and won't be back.

They make donuts here every Wednesday to Saturday (or is it Thursday?). Fresh, made right there. Unreal!!! I had "Nutella Crunch" on Friday, November 3, 2023, it was fabulous. Had lots of others, always great.Parking: Lots of parking in the areaKid-friendliness: Who doesn't love donuts!!! We came to this pizzeria because of its amazing online reviews. We were EXTREAMLY disappointed when we arrived to see they no longer serve craft beers or offer in house dining. Theyvwere selling what looked like delicious donuts, however the pizza oven in the back wasn't even on.Upon speaking to locals it was noted to us that it is assumed to be a front for some other type of business.The girl at the counter was very polite. The patio to the side of the pizzeria was abandoned and full of trash.Does anyone have any current details about this shop?

Incredible Donuts! This little donut shop inside the Pizza Palace (Wednesday-Saturday) is a real treat. The donuts are fresh, light and oh so flavourful. Give them a try.

We order pizza here from time to time. It is old fashioned pizza made with love and care. But the donuts they have started making are off the chain delicious made the old fashioned way meaning- they are made fresh every day with real ingredients. Tim Hortons doesn't do that! Take it from an ex donut maker. They are exceptionally delicious.
Intended on purchasing a donut to share between 2 people. Happily left with a half dozen that were all great. The person serving us was delightful! It was too early in the day to order pizza but will definitely go back to try it when in Qualicum next.
