Never even got seated as apparently a table of one is not worth their effort or time even with seven empty tables in their restaurant. completely ignored by two different people one of whom I think was the owner when I walked in. told by the waitress that she would have to check if I could be seated and then the server proceeded to do mundane tasks that could have waited while I stood there waiting and eventually just left to find somewhere that would appreciate my money and business. Of course they respond that they were full with reservations... there were many empty tables nobody waiting other than myself it was 1:00 midweek. All you have to do is read the owners Narcissistic responses to reviews.

This place was raved to us so we had to give it a shot. It was the best burger of my life! I had the sonic pickle burger Otto which comes wrapped in a tortilla. Amazing burger, crispy fries, my belly was busting!

Although food is great they are very unfriendly towards kids I went with my baby and as all babies are he was a bit noisy they asked us to leave or get the baby to shut up.

Overpriced for a rather bland burger and salad that was no different than what you get in a bag from the grocers. Partner had the Q burger and friends and I had the quinoa. All 4 of us wouldn't return.

This place really lives to the hype, great staff, amazing burgers, and really big so make sure you go here hungry 😄, not a big fan of poutine but this one was the best Ive ever had. I am sure desserts are great too, we didnt have room for any 😄. Looking forward to next time!

We came to Q burger wanting a 'better' burger and we were very pleased. Pictured here is the pickle Burgerito and Wicked chicken burger. Taste wise the burgers were amazing, I preferred the chicken burger over the beef, and the Burgerito was a great choice. The fries were a bit dry but the burgers made up for that. Service was top notch. Will be back to try the other options next time.

Top notch burger place in Qualicum Beach! Highly recommend making a reservation, because seats fill up fast. I ordered the Pickle Sonic Boom burger and it didn't disappoint. Fries were ... Just ok. The decor and service make it a really fun place to eat. We will be back for more! Best burger I've had in a long, long time.

The burgers at Qburger are fine, but not worth the price by any stretch of the imagination. What really ruins the experience is the service. The owners behave as though serving customers is beneath them. I’ve seen them treat both my family and others with rudeness and condescension.
I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but what pushed me over the edge is their habit of replying defensively to anyone who points out their poor customer service, rather than reflecting or improving.
If you want good food and respectful service, skip Qburger. Cross the street to BJ’s Indian, or head to Village Eatery or Fern & Cedar. You’ll eat better and be treated with basic courtesy.
