I want to give huge kudos to Jacob in how he handled a bottleneck of drinks when reassigning Crystal. He was kind, supportive and made sure she understood that she was doing well. He then let all the customers know he would do his best to get drinks out.

Teya was fabulous helping me with a selection. Also offered a sample of the matcha lavender I was curious about.
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The service has been great. They know my order and my name. The coffee is the best in Quesnel. If there has ever been a mistake, they remake it for me and they gave me a card to get my next one free.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming with great service. The coffee is the best in Quesnel; mistakes are remade with a free card. The coffee is always ok, Americanos are usually opted for with lots of room. The decaf uses a chemical process. The team is fast, accurate, helpful, and always courteous. Best drinks in town; the bacon gruyere cheese egg bits and oat milk chia are loved. Awesome drinks and good rewards and perks make it a great choice.
