“The food here is genuinely excellent — easily the highlight and worth a visit. However, the overall experience for dine-in customers is confusing and could use some serious improvements in operations and training.
First, read every sign carefully if you plan to eat in. There are conflicting instructions: one says to order at the bar, while another tells you to grab a menu on the way in. There’s also a breakfast special sign that cuts off at 11am (which you’re apparently expected to already know). The menus are worn and look like they’ve been through a lot.
Service on the bar/dine-in side feels disorganized. For example, if you order a coffee and then sit down to look at the menu, they often won’t make it — you’ll have to reorder or risk them canceling it and forgetting about you entirely. The bar staff seemed undertrained and not very friendly. In contrast, the to-go side was noticeably more efficient and welcoming.
The interior could also use a thorough cleaning on the bar side. I didn’t try the patio, but it gives the impression of more self-serve “figure it out yourself” vibes.
Bottom line: Come for the outstanding food, but be prepared for a somewhat chaotic and self-guided dine-in experience. With better training, clearer processes, and some upkeep, this place could be excellent all around.“

“5 stars all around!! My friends and I were in revelstroke for a bachelorette. When we first got there a little before the crowd, the manager changed the playlist for us and even the lights! Had a couple gross dudes bugging my friends and I and the bartender came over and asked if we were okay and ended up kicking the guys out (they were also way too drunk and bugging other people). We are so thankful for the great staff and patrons for helping us have such a great time!“
