Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

We arrived a bit earlier than check in time and received a warm welcome from Kahlie (hope that's right!). Our room was not ready but we were able to park and a member of the concierge team unloaded and looked after our luggage (sorry didn't get his name).

We were given a pass key to access the communal areas and a map of the resort. We cashed in our free drink vouchers in the resort pub and settled down to enjoy the surroundings.

Back at check in Monica explained our room was unfortunately still not ready but would be soon. This was not an issue and we didn't have long to wait.

Our studio suite had a great view of the mountain and was well equipped.

The following day we took the shuttle car into Revelstoke, thanks Maggie for driving and picking us up.

Our whole experience was amazing. All the staff we met were friendly, engaging and approachable. Thank you so much.

The rooms and the property are a bit run down, but the service is excellent and the location is amazing!
Alex went above and beyond for us - bringing us child size hotel slippers and hot chocolate for our two young kids upon arrival. Made it very special for them :)

Alex was genuinely friendly and supremely helpful in getting us situated in our room and helping us sort the EV charging. He is a credit to the resort! And Revelstoke is a beautiful area.

Alex and Will were very helpful with bike checkin and taking luggage to our room. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Lea and Elias cleaned our room and did a fantastic job.

A great place in Revelstoke. location directly at the Revelation lower gondola. nice restaurants and shops around. about 10 km to downtown Revelstoke. We had a nice view into the mountains.

Very clean, amenities were great, spacious.

Great time place. Super clean room thanks to Lea & Elias.

Wonderful resort and hotel! Stopped here during a long road trip when we saw that it was a Sutton Hotel. As usual the Sutton did not disappoint. The rooms were lovely bright and well appointed with a full kitchen the resort also had many shops and wonderful restaurants. The staff were all very helpful. Our only regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back again and this time for a weekend or more.

A great getaway with beautiful amenities, pool, hot tubs and saunas. The service was fabulous. There are various types of well appointed rooms and amazing service. Pipe coaster is incredible and the skywalk the same. The mountain bike is wow. And the skywalk and short walk to the waterfall are worth the visit.

Just stayed here for 1 night on our way to Kelowna, the room was very clean and tidy and well equipped for our stay. Shoutout to Michael and Baldeep for providing such a clean and welcoming space for us to enjoy 😉

Great hotel and a great location. We stayed at the newly renovated 3 bedroom suite which was very spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel location was amazing as it was right at the gondola and other activities such as coasters and climbing. Definitely worth a visit with a family trip.

We enjoyed the spacious and luxury room and had the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes in the room. Now our luggage is prepared for the second half of our holiday.
