Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Definitely a great layout, well placed near the gondolas, 🚠 the pipe coaster and some really nice restaurants. Close proximity to the town so access to more restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend this if you’re considering spending time in Revelstoke

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 2-day, 3-night free stay at your hotel. We were thrilled to be placed in your spacious family room which is perfect for accommodating all of us comfortably.
We were truly impressed by your excellent facilities as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The highlight for us was the heated swimming pool and the well-equipped fitness room.
The extra touches made our trip even more special. The free tickets for the gondola and mountain coaster were a wonderful surprise. The $100 dining voucher was also greatly appreciated and allowed us to enjoy a lovely family meal.

Thank you for helping us create such cherished memories. We highly recommend your hotel to families and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This hotel is the best one we stayed. We have 2 young children. The hotel staff Mr Zubin was super helpful, friendly and patient. We were welcomed by him during check in. He explained clearly and everything we asked. He even remembered our room number the next day we went back to him. There were 3 buildings and we stayed in the building 2 and which was perfect to go to the pool or the village. Our room was upgraded and surprisingly we were given a bottle of wine, chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. We had the mountain view in our suite. The room was fully furnished made us feel like home. There were very nice heated pool even we went swimming after 9pm. The 2 hot tubs and 2 sauna rooms were perfect for us after swimming in the pool. This hotel selling frozen pizzas. It was very easy and quick to bake in our room and super yummy.
The outpost restaurant had the super yummy burgers and fries. Worth to go all the way up just to have a burger. The restaurants around the hotel were good. Staffs, food and environment made you would go back again.
Highly recommended this hotel for anyone.

Our stay at Sutton was fantastic! The location and the high quality of the accommodation were exactly what we look for in a vacation spot. We especially loved how well you delivered on both fronts. The only minor inconvenience was the small size of the shower (even for me), but that's a tiny detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Everything else was wonderful, and we look forward to staying with you again.

Sutton place, great rooms and service is good. Had trouble at the front desk trying to buy a late night pizza so that never happened. Food was gross in the main restaurant. Both breakfast and supper. Menu was trying too hard. Rooms are great, cable was basic. There was noisy construction right where we were eating. Literally doing crane lifts 20’ away. Hallways smelled musty like an old person’s house. Parking was tight, there was several parking places used for their new buildings furniture. Non smoking even on the deck. I don’t smoke just throwing that out there. If you’re a bigger person don’t even think about doing their cable ride. Saw many ppl turned away from the gondolas and cable ride. 260lbs max.

Truly, the resort is wonderful: very nice rooms, amazing location, view, good equipment and kitchen. However, the main purpose of staying in the hotel is to have a rest, which we couldn't do - just simply because of their very noisy ventilation. Probably, it is just our luck in this room, but it was impossible to sleep, neither to shut-off the system. Another observation, which is spoiling the whole impression - I have never seen an underground parking so dusty. I've bet, it never cleaned up - people are trying not to put their luggage on the floor. It is pity that skipping a minor work ruin the whole efforts.

Large and clean apartments. The hotel is outside downtown, but no probem if you have a car.

Diamond member. There is an issue of the up keep, this place needs a renovation. They have problem with proper billing to your room at the restaurant and providing discounts for Diamond status members.

Was really looking forward to a romantic getaway with my husband for our 12 year anniversary. However, upon checking into our room, there was vomit on the sofa. And some utensils in the kitchen were not cleaned. And it left us thinking what else isn’t clean in the room? Unfortunately because we checked in at 10 PM there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to provide us much assistance in regards to cleaning the sofa and the utensils. The vomit was absolutely disgusting. We put a towel over it and try not to think about it but it was there and we knew it was there. Made it really difficult to be romantic with each other. After a 9 Hour drive to Revelstoke it was definitely a disappointment. When we notified the front staff in the morning they said there was not much they could do. I understand there wasn’t much they could’ve perhaps done in regards to our experience the night before, but they could’ve done something nice for us to make up for it. We decided to leave Revelstoke. Don’t think we’ll be coming back here again. Which is really unfortunate because we did spend over 400 and something odd dollars for the room. And did not get what we wanted out of it. Just beware that the cleaning staff rush clean the rooms and definitely miss out on some big details.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids, wonderful service, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a lovely heated pool. Definitely worth it, and we’ll be coming back again.

Great resort, will definitely come back

We had a great stay here with the kids. Staff were amazing and the rooms were nice and had great views.

My family and I stayed here twice during our road trip from AB to BC recently and both experiences were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and in particular, Zubin was outstanding! He was so friendly and professional. He welcomed my 3 dogs so nicely and he also provided the sweetest little doggy bandanas for them! Our rooms both times were amazing and very spacious. I love how there was a washer/dryer, which was so handy. There is also a large mud room where you can store your suitcases and not take up space in the main room. I love how there were two tvs (one in the living room area, and one in the bedroom). The bathrooms were awesome as there were double sinks with enough sink space for skincare products (ladies, we know the struggle with limited counter space in hotels!). The entire room felt like a little apartment and the bed was so comfortable!! I would 100% stay here again and have told my friends and family about this hotel. Thanks for making both of our stays so comfortable and thank you for making us feel right at home!

Beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic time at The Sutton Place Hotel in Revelstoke. The location is unbeatable—right at the base of the gondola for true ski-in/ski-out access. The upgraded two bedroom suite that we stayed was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen. The outdoor hot tubs, pool and sauna were perfect after a day hiking up the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for both ski trips and summer mountain getaways!
