Needed .ore cashiers. Very slow line
Took 30 minutes to get our lunch.
I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons in Revelstoke. I had to wait about 10 minutes just to place my order, even though there was only one customer ahead of me who was ordering two coffees.
A wait time like this for such a simple order is not what I would expect. It seemed either the location was seriously understaffed or there are management and workflow issues that need attention.
