Finding this place was truly a blessing! A light in the dark. Amazing service, amazing food, and for a great price! It's rare to see onigiri on a menu in general, but to have them be so hefty, delicious, and well packaged is something I've never seen outside of Japan! TwilightBite is a food truck usually parked outside Rumpus Beer Company. The food is stunning and super delicious, with fresh ingredients and fast service. The food can be delivered to tables inside. Popular menu items include the Vegan pad Thai, veggie bowl, Chicken Kaarage, chicken pad thai, Japanese BBQ karage, and normal karage. The veggie bowl was a favourite pick, and the rice bowl had varied content. The chicken pad thai had good flavor but the chicken could have been fresher. The Japanese BBQ karage and normal karage were described as amazing and delicious. There is live music beside the truck, creating good vibes. The service is fantastic and friendly. This is a must stop when in the Stoke, and highly recommended.
