It's always nice to meet the owner sisters and chat with them, a warm noodle soup plus warmth welcome, what can be better than that on the raining days in Vancouver. :)
I ordered Guilin rice noodle soup for my dad, and a veggie noodle for myself to take out. The owner was nicely added some homemade side dishes without charge. She was patiently make suggestions for my father. Really like talking to an elder caring sisters.
They also provide custom make dumplings and steamed buns. You can specify the taste and ingredients for your order. The owner made it fresh only for you.
They are developing vegetarian options as well. For small family, they also can slip your order into two choices. Last time, I ordered a bag of dumplings, she made me two types with the choices of mine. You are safe if you have allergy or need to avoid certain food/ingredient. The owner will wash all her containers and make time to do your special order. You are in good hands.

Pot roast with Laoyou noodles is so delicious, my mother recommends it with five stars, and the service attitude is also good ? ? ?It’s completely back to the taste of the store brought by local friends when I went to Guilin back then. Wow~~

I used to order snail noodles when I was a private chef. I haven’t eaten it for a long time. I miss it very much. Today I tried spicy noodles. It’s delicious!
The Guilin rice noodles are ok, but the snail noodles are not that taste at all.

My friend introduced me to the northwest people who eat Laoyou Noodles, which are very spicy and sour. I asked the boss that there are some differences between the authentic snail noodle and the authentic one. The boss replied that the authentic taste is too big and affects other diners, so the taste has been improved. I personally recommend the Laoyou Noodles and Tremella Fungus Soup. The ingredients are very good. The conscientious proprietress is very enthusiastic and can pay electronically
