I am feeling so bad today I returned from two months holiday from Mexico to here in Richmond and saw A lot of changes in my lovely 7-Eleven near my home. Starting with staff, they changed all the staff, but this is not a bad thing, but it sounds bad when new employees are not that friendly to you then the old ones As well as all the time they are rude to Brown customers like previous customer always greeters and we also feel like family with them but these new employees are always ignorant especially The tall one. Also, the outside bins are always full like the one with animal hospital was full for 3 to 4 days. This is so awful smells stinky around it. Also I would request the manager. To come up the solutions to this problem. No, thanks no worries I will sleep with With good memory Of previous employees.

Somewhat decent customer service, but employees told me different things and made me extremely confused. Went back 3 times and still ended up not getting back my 75$ of prepaid gift cards. Seriously disappointed.

Never returning to this place again, the assistant manager started scolding me for miscounting the amount of money I had for a gift card. Usually they would check I had enough money for a gift card then activate it, But now they redeem the gift card first then ask you to pay. The service has gone a full 180° from what it used to be.

A female staff is very rude to food delivery driver. The order was already ready for picking up. But the staff didn’t give it to me and let me wait for 10 minutes.

This location used to be so good but customer service has been declining rapidly in the past year.All the other 7 Elevens in Richmond carry all the latest drinks and snacks meanwhile this one is very limited.They never have any cold 2 Liter Coke Zero, they're always too lazy to restock the coolers, even late at night.
