Hard to do this one, as its a bit of an Easter brunch tradition. The food is amazing, and once seated, our server was very much trying her best and doing a pretty good job. My issue: Our reservations clearly stated that we needed a wheelchair accessible table. Our party of 8 always advances with our wheelchair user in the front, this is how we showed up at the desk. Nevertheless, getting to the seat was a challenge. I repeated my name 3 times, clearly, loudly. He kept repeating someone else's name (a completely different name). I finally had to look over at his screen and point to my name (at the top of the list). He then led us to a bar table - clearly not accommodating our wheelchair needs. We then waited to be seated at a table that met our needs while another party finished up and cleared. They clearly did not 'reserve' any accessible tables despite our use of OpenTable. In this day and age of inclusivity and being attached to brand like the Marriott, I expected more in acknowledgement of our physical needs - otherwise we would have made other plans. Our party came from 3 different metro-Vancouver cities to meet here and dine. Again, the food was great. The recognition of our client needs did not present the best in customer service.

Excellent food and service with reasonable price. My kid love their kids menu and the vegetarian pasta very much, and the seafood chowder soup suprises me and my wife, we both love it.

Came for breakfast. Free parking with registration. Was able to make a reservation for a party of 7. Good selection. Food was good. Service was good. Food did take a big long to arrive but it was a busy long weekend so we give it a pass. Nice ambience. Would come again. The dinner menu also looked nice and reasonable.

Went for dine out but didn’t get the experience I was expecting. Food was pretty good but the 3 main course options had only 2 available, both being seafood. No meat protein substitute option available? That was pretty weird but ordered the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and very enjoyable. Service was below, well below how they are trying to represent. Server was nice but lacked real experience. I think this could be a great restaurant and all indicators point towards a lack of restaurant managment. I see the humour what happened here but you really have to learn from this. When told that this was a birthday dinner, the server turned to them and said, “I think you’re (pause)……60!” Silence for what like an eternity, “ahhhhhh 49 maybe” was the response. This encapsulates what I referred to as a lack of restaurant managment. At least we have a great joke to lean on for every birthday in the future.

I feel like the food is really not worth the price. It is the price of a fancy meal but tastes like a mid range diner food.

We were very pleased with the service and the food - and that it was quiet. We were pleased to receive the 20% Seniors' Discount- -and free underground parking - both of which we were not aware of ahead of our visit.

We came for the dine out menu and I had burrata for the appetizer, beef ribs for the entrée and chocolate delight for the dessert. The burrata was amazing, it’s a plate full of flavours and textures. The beef ribs are fantastic, tender and juicy. I find the dessert a bit too heavy, and a bit too sweet. After the first two courses I had little room in my stomach for dessert. The overall experience was very good, will come back again.

I went on date night with my boyfriend last night. We chose here because of the dine out menu. Service is decent. But the food is bad. Everything is overly salted. I had a bite of the potato from the main course and I had to spit it out because of how salty it was. The octopus from the main course didn’t taste fresh at all (both taste and texture). We had each had a piece then we couldn’t even finish it because how bad it was. The chocolate desert is too hard and sweet. My boyfriend was still hungry after the meal because we barely finished anything due to the quality so he decided to order a cheesy dip hoping it’s something good and can satisfy his hunger. It was another big disappointment!!!! So we basically spent over $200 ok garbage food. I strongly advise not to dine in here!

My wife and I shared the chicken wings as a starter and they were really juicy and delicious. For our mains my wife had the blackened halibut in linguine and I had a rack of the barbeque ribs. Both were very nicely cooked (the ribs were very tender) and the halibut had just enough blackened spice to make them perfect. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and very helpful with her suggestions. Overall, a very nice experience.

Solid menu of familiar favourites prepared well and presented nicely. Happy Hour menu is good value for money. West 75 makes a good spot for not only hotel guests but the convenient location makes it good for locals, take a break from shopping at Richmond Centre or visit pre/post show at Gateway Theatre.

Saw a mouse ? dying in the corner of the dinning area. Apparently they've been trying to catch it for a while with mouse poisoning.
