These guys gave me cold fries and no napkins for 3rd time now. I understand trying to cut costs but come on. People need napkins to wipe their hands.

I have been going to this location for so long now. But today November 30 around 12:05 pm I ordered masala burger with yam fries. First bite I knew something was off with the burger. Second bite the onions in the burger were bad. Smells rotten. And the tomato was so green, not red. Fries themselves were not cooked properly. Service was good.

Seriously one of the underrated fast food burger joints. Beef tastes better than McDonald's and Burger King. Sometimes it's actually better than Five Guys. Great takeaway for the flight if you remember!

Tried their new Rootbeer Shake and was extremely disappointed. Not at all shake like, more of a slushy. Doubt that there was any ice cream in it. If I wanted a cup full of rootbeer syrup and ice I would have ordered that. A&W you can do better.

Went for Root Beer Floats but turns out they don’t sell them here? They have the ice cream and root beer.. but they made us root beer shakes and the slushy one instead. Not the same :(. Odd that they have root beer floats everywhere except here.

Vanshika is incredibly helpful. I am a vegetarian and I don’t eat eggs, so she went through the handbook guidelines to ensure that I don’t get anything which includes egg. She is empathetic and very kind. Loved the service.
