We had a large number of kids making orders and the staff really kept us organized. The food was fast and the bathroom was the cleanest we had ever seen at an A&W!

If you want good food and service, come on a weekend. It’s like there are two different restaurants. On a weekday you will get a bad attitude from the counter staff and undercooked food. On a weekend you will get greeted with a smile and a cheery attitude. The food is cooked properly and the burgers are put together properly (not falling apart in the bag) the fries and onion ring bags are actually full . Maybe the owner should give a raise to the weekend crew to reward them for a job well done. The weekday people can use that as incentive to get their attitude in check.
Food is good. It's an old A&W with no new paint or upgrade. Not as bright inside.

I went to A&W on Francis's and road no1 in Richmond B C to order egg sandwiches And I said I will use washroom first and then I order she said no our policy you buy food first That was unpleasant and I need to use washroom urgently but she insisted that I have to buy finally she let me use it then manager came and they are all international students same people all who work there they trying to have there own rules to be implemented on Canadian very sad Stranger who is not having legal residency giving us orders unfortunately this is the results of Canadian government policies for immigration Look what is happening in Ontario?

The staff is great! Even when super busy they are doing their best to get the food out in a timely manner. Hard working and always a smile for the customers! Delicious, fresh teen burgers everytime!
