I was eating at A&W at 11 in the morning, where I took advantage of the combo promo of 4.99 dollars for Bacon and Egger with small coffee.The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was friendly. In particular, our customer service, Siao Shin, took the time to make us feel comfortable and welcome in the restaurant. I was very impressed with her kindness. Hence I decided to give the restaurant a very good review.

I honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw the price. I ordered a Double Buddy Burger with Cheese Combo at this A&W and it came out to $17.15. Everywhere else (and even on delivery apps) this combo is usually around $11–12.
Paying almost seven bucks more for the exact same thing feels like a total rip-off. I don’t mind paying a bit extra if it’s delivery or if there are small price differences between locations, but this was way over the top.
I left feeling frustrated because A&W is usually my go-to for a quick, affordable meal, and this really didn’t feel fair. I hope the store or head office looks into why this location is charging so much, because right now it just feels like they’re taking advantage of customers.

I came today and order few things!! I must say food was very delicious and fresh!! Plus point is dine-in was very clean and the service is top notch provided as well as cashier I think Tarun was very polite I made her confuse but she was very patient. Lovely

Visited the A&W on Richmond on August 12th around 1 PM. The host(Arshveer kaur) greeted me right away with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome. She explained the menu clearly, helped me choose a combo, and ensured my order was correct before payment. I appreciated how attentive and polite she was, even checking later if everything was okay. Overall, I like Arshveer’s professionalism and warm attitude made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back.
