Today I saw the one preparing our sandwiches not wearing gloves when touching the sandwiches especially as they touched the the fridge in between. Please be hygienic

Absolutely terrible food, cold fries, taste of burger tereible- Customer service not good. Can see person in the back preparing food with no gloves. Very unhygienic. Saw him rubbing his hands on his pants. Cashier also terrible. No smiling, nothing. Avoid this place unless u wanna get sick

Best bloody fast-food burger this side of Biarritz.
Onion rings are nicely fried.
The soft-drink in an iced mug is a nice touch.

Sukdeep at the Landsdowne food court in Richmond BC, was wonderful. There was a problem with the mobile app, that somehow I didn’t get the correct order …she made fresh onion rings for me on the spot! I was so floored and caressed in such care and understanding.

It wasn’t and isn’t about onion rings, it was the love and compassion for a fellow hungry human that was so touching!

The food was amazing and the onion rings sung a beautiful song of care! Deliciousness made with love!

Sukdeep deserves huge kudos and acknowledgement :)

Great breakfast

I ordered All Canadian special, everything was good except for the Tomato and sausages. The girl who was making the food didn’t wear any glove nor hair net. The sausages were REALLY REALLY cold. I told them about it, and they gave me 2 another sausage but it was still cold. Not professional

I ordered a poutine with extra cheese on top.

What I got instead was frozen cheese curds on soggy fries, drowned in gravy and warm at best. I did ask for a remake and explained what the issue was. The counter person was nice and got a remake for me, but it was basically the same thing. Cheese still partially frozen inside. Fries swimming in gravy, and soggy af. I think they just warmed the gravy more hotter.

I didnt bother to go ask for another remake or a refund. They can keep my 10$, but lost my business forever at this location. Not sure whats going on behind scenes, but corporate needs to check up on this location.

Would love to see what food safe says about the personal cell phone use and lack of hand washing, let alone the inattention due to being in their phones.
