Don’t wanna review but had to. I think the kitchen staff should be trained again. I have been eating from A&W since 2024
. But never tasted that much bad. In the burger u guys haven’t even put the sauce properly. We have paid for the burger. Not for just the bun and that improper filling.

This was a very unpleasant experience. The staff member was extremely slow and inefficient, made a mistake during my order, and then blamed me for it. Several customers were waiting for a long time, and I was skipped without explanation. When I asked about it, she smirked and acted disrespectfully. I found the behavior unprofessional.

i tried using uber for their promos, i saw them cancel the order in front of me. why be part of the uber platform if ur not gonna honour the promos?

They helped 6 different sets of customers before us waiting for our food. It was sitting on the hot plate the whole time and the fries weren’t even hot when they finally put the food on a tray so we could eat… really disappointed :(

They gave us a milk bottle that had no wrapper, was unsealed, and half empty. Staff drinks should not be kept that close to drinks they're selling. They did switch it for me, but no apology or explanation.

Today I saw the one preparing our sandwiches not wearing gloves when touching the sandwiches especially as they touched the the fridge in between. Please be hygienic

Absolutely terrible food, cold fries, taste of burger tereible- Customer service not good. Can see person in the back preparing food with no gloves. Very unhygienic. Saw him rubbing his hands on his pants. Cashier also terrible. No smiling, nothing. Avoid this place unless u wanna get sick

Onion rings are nicely fried.
The soft-drink in an iced mug is a nice touch.
