I visited A&W today evening (lansdowne mall) nd bought fries . The tall girl service was so bad . Don’t even smile nd speak in tone like attitude . The thing I want to say she was using her phone . He wasn't rude, but he must know that when working in the service line/front counter, the least he can do is smile to the customer.The food court is jam-packed on public holiday lunchtime.Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger is vegetarian option

Ordered a spicy chiptole chicken English muffin came out with regular mayo. Can't have regular mayo due to dietary restrictions.They took the sandwich back and added chiptole sauce to the same sandwich and gave it back to me.I had to remove all the sauces myself to make the sandwich edible as now it was drenched in both mayo and chiptole sauce, and I mean drenched.Ruined my Sunday breakfast.

I had a amazing noon at the food cort that tha A&W root beer. The burgers ?? are great besides that I hate pickels and tomato ?? so I have pick them out of the uncle burger ?. It's most expensive burger in the family series,but it worth it because it has a juicy meat with a special combination of cheese and vegetables. It's root beer? has a special vanilla taste that gives you a refreshing feeling. The bad thing is that they don't seem to have the float root beer?. The french fries?is is just amazing after all, he is freshly fried. You can get the root beer and the fries just for 13 Canadian Dollars to get the teen combo. I know my English sucks but I wish I can give you informations about this restaurant.

8n a good court, quite hectic, took a while to get food. Onion rings good, chips 0k, burger was very nice. Overall was worth the walk, 3000 steps, so make your own mind

every time we went there at 7:30, they said they already closed where google said 8:00. Hardworking staff lol

This location in Lansdowne Centre in Richmond Bc needs more staff as well as good customer service. They seem to be out of supply like table napkins for their customers. They charge .30 cents for a cup of water but the last time i bought it was now .49 cents . What i reap off they dont provide a receipt too.

I’ve come here on two separate occasions(once at 6:30pm and another at 6:16pm) and both times they said they are closed. Their hours say 7pm and I can understand closing early sometimes if it’s slow but this seems to be more of a consistent thing. The lights are on and all the signage is up. There is a worker there just sitting behind the counter on their phone, turning people away.
Very bad customer service, I go there couple of times a week and always wrong order, cold food and I told her that but nothing has been changed at all! Not recommended location at all
