The worst customer service. I called in for pickup order and the girl said yes you can come in 20 minutes and pick it up. I was coming in my uber after work and added a stop so I don’t have to wait for my food. When I went there the employees were just chilling and when I asked is my order ready they are like we haven’t even started making it yet and started explaining how they make fresh food and we don’t accept phone orders. Like come on after wasting my time and uber money you are telling me this now. If you don’t accept call orders then why you told me on call to pickup in 20mins ?
I was in uber and couldn’t wait long so I had to leave without getting my food. How would you feel about it after working 8-9hr shift! Pls do better or give some good training.

Why put scrambled eggs as an option on the mobile app for the All Canadian Breakfast if they don't know how to cook it. People working there don't seems to know or care.Orderd the All Canadian Breakfast with the scrambled eggs.They scammed me with DICED OVER HARD EGGS instead. Since these people are not trust worthy, don't really want to complaint, cause you will never know what they will put in your food after. Since my grandchild doesn't eat egg yolk, it is a waste of money for us. Wll never go back there again.

Outside of the fact that they charge a premium price for a not-premium burger, the food was edible. I've gotten used to the lukewarm burger patties but I only eat fast food (and a&w specifically) rarely.

Went there for a weeknight evening. It was quiet there is no walk in customer or drive thru customer. The two ladies on shift were just leaning on the counter chatting.
Told them the ketchup dispenser is out. Did not bother to change it for the 45mins we were there.
Burger missing cheese. The kid meal missing snack bar.
Wheelchair accessibility: Confusing doors. It said they are automatic. But not sure where the buttons are.
