I had a disappointing experience at this A&W location on Steveston Hwy and No. 5 Road. The staff were loudly speaking in their own language the entire time, laughing among themselves, which made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers. On top of that, the food I received was undercooked, which is unacceptable for a place that usually maintains good quality. Overall, the service and food quality were far below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers

It is a new outlet, and I was so pleased it was there, clean and had great food. Staff are not very conversational.

The worst customer service. I called in for pickup order and the girl said yes you can come in 20 minutes and pick it up. I was coming in my uber after work and added a stop so I don’t have to wait for my food. When I went there the employees were just chilling and when I asked is my order ready they are like we haven’t even started making it yet and started explaining how they make fresh food and we don’t accept phone orders. Like come on after wasting my time and uber money you are telling me this now. If you don’t accept call orders then why you told me on call to pickup in 20mins ?
I was in uber and couldn’t wait long so I had to leave without getting my food. How would you feel about it after working 8-9hr shift! Pls do better or give some good training.
