I had a lunch with a friend from Surrey so we met half way. I had fish tacos and a side salad. Both very tasty. My friend had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and fries. He enjoyed as well. We had a leisurely lunch catching up. Service was attentive and good.

The French fries taste amazing. I haven’t eaten too much before. I play a lot of board games. If you come with friends, you can reserve a private room and eat while playing... very suitable for taking pictures.

not the the type of place I usual go but had been given a gift card I have to admit the food was very good & we went during happy hour saving on regular price & the standard of the food was kept up, no scrimping we felt

First time here and it was so nice! The decor and interior was so cool. Such a fun place! They have card and board games and even costume props. The food was tasty and filling. The staff was absolutely incredible. They were so kinds and accommodating. Even more so when of our guests had a medical emergency. I nearly choked to death on some grisel in my peppercorn steak, nice waitress told the mgr. When I paid the bill, I asked if she had told the mgr - who had apparently stopped by, not identified herself - No apology, not even a scoop of icecream... more important no staff member came to my assistance - I managed luckily to fish the steak out of my throat. My friends and I were totally shocked at their lack of concern. The rest of the meal was good. Waitress kindly moved us to a quieter table away from squawking child and alcoholic driven noise at a table behind us.
One of our favorite spots in Richmond. The decor and offerings here are on point. We've come in on a number of occasions hoping to have their frog legs but they're always sold out. Other favorites include the rib platter, lava potatoes and the very Berry cocktail.If you're up to it, I also recommend going for the cocktail tower. Amazing.

Waitress was wonderful - even moved us to a quieter table, to avoid alcoholic volume and a child screeching. I had a peppercorn steak - half way thru I came across some grisel and I nearly choked to death. The piece of meat when chewed had grown LONG and I was fortunately able to fish it out of my throat. Waitress said she would tell the Mgr... who apparently came by later (unidentified) and said how was our meal, no word of sorry, and not even a free scoop of icecream.. I was totally shocked., as were my friends. Not sure whether to rate if a 3 or 4 --- most of my meal was good, so decided a 4. My friends enjoyed their shared lettuce wrap..

We went during happy hour and the food was delicious. We sat in the lounge. The staff and atmosphere was excellent. Our server was Janet. She gave us great service as well as wonderful food and drink recommendations. We will definitely be going back!

My friend told me here and tried the foods. We bought six gift cards during holiday and spent over thousand dollars since October. As a traveler I like to try all of the foods from different restaurants during the time stay. My friend and I treated untairly and felt discriminated being Asian by all of the female staffs. She has a problem that we only order one dish we likes there and we normally tips them 18-20%. We ate 2 other meals already and just want to hang out there for a while. We took friends and spent $200+ couple times. We tried holiday set menu occasionally. One of the waitress came to our table and start scolding us after we request a bigger plate. She said she has a master degree and she is half Asian. She said her Managment team is well aware of us. I am not paying to get insulted by waitress.After They humiliated customers and said it is a free meals from manager We didn't eat the meal at all afterward. Their price are not consistent every time with different waitress if you asks for extra sauce. We talked to manager and told her we will complaint to headquarter and she said all of the e-mails will go back to her anyway means no one cares about it. We asks for name and they refuse to give it out . Other restaurant I went all of the staffs have name tag on. They want to make sure they get best review from customers. I wonder if the owner aware of this. Looks like staffs playing their rules themselves and didn't care at all. They sent customers away and leaving bad names to visitors. My friend is local and she told all of her friends this happened to us. This will never happened in US. Very disappointed.
