Getting desert here is a mixed experience. First, I paid $5 for a tiny slice of cheesecake that was actually a mouse. Later when I came back, the cashier simply smiled/laughted at my feedback that I was sold a NON-cheesecake.
I do like their tarts though and the cheese tart is quite tasty and not overly sweet.
I kindly ask that you reconsider your approach and appropriately label the mouse as mouse and not cheesecake.
Thanks

2025.10.26 The Beef Puff Pastry and Chicken Pie both offer a very tasty flaky crust. The Beef is lacking in quantity, there's very little filling in it to barely taste it's even there. The chicken pie is larger and holds more chicken but it's still a small amount of meat.

It's alright as a treat but not for a meal. For a meal, go get a proper amount of meat and protein, and not load up on the carbs in the pastry. This is a pastry shop so keep the consumption small from here, it's calorie dense and light on nutrients. You want your regular food to be nutrient dense.

2025.10.12. Anna's Cake House is definitely a place to come for their delicious desserts. Come see what is offered and pick the ones that you find appealing.

I got their curry beef bun (咖喱牛肉包) for $2.80 plus tax and there were already other customers in line for their pastries. The curry beef bun was my dad’s favourite bread. There is more than one staff member to assist you and they can speak Mandarin Chinese.

Egg tarts and chicken pie are my favourite products that I bought every visit. Price also increase every two- three months. I found it expensive to shop.

Anna’s Cake House in Lansdowne is a gem for anyone who loves fresh, delicious baked goods! Their matcha puffy is light, airy, and packed with just the right amount of matcha flavour. The egg tart is perfectly flaky with a silky custard filling that melts in your mouth. I also can’t resist their Hong Kong–style bakery bread — soft, fluffy, and baked to perfection. Every visit feels like a little treat, with friendly service and that comforting bakery aroma welcoming you in. Highly recommended!

Bbq buns have no meat but fatty & tough tendons. Price has gone up so much but no substance except cab. I was so disappointed. I’ll stop buying from this store.

Coconut bun is way too sweet, it’s like eating sugar directly. It’s a bit expensive too, bun size is really small.

I bought a bbq pork bun the other day. Look at the picture and there is almost no meat in the bun. The portion of the bun and bbq is not that even. I do not like it even they have 20% off after 5pm and 30% off after 6pm
