Has been my favourite Taiwanese restaurant in metro Vancouver for years. Made authentic and with heart all by Auntie Polly herself!

Listen, I really don’t want a restaurant that puts so much effort into its dishes to go unnoticed. This is a sincere establishment where the food is both affordable and delicious. The flavors are very much reminiscent of traditional Taiwanese home cooking.

always tasty food, very authentic Taiwanese bento dishes, reasonable priced as well.

This place is a hidden gem owned by a lovely Taiwanese lady that made a deep impression on me when we spoke about her food. She remarked that she makes her food with an intention similar to when making food for her children, wishing them to feel happy, full and energized after the meal. The food tastes delicious and pure, unlike many restaurants where the food tastes too oily or artificial. The food here tastes home-cooked (in a very good way) and you can feel the love and passion Mrs. Zhao puts into her food. Every dish was delicious, but I really loved her Chinese braised chicken. Fell in love instantly - the meat is super juicy, tender and well marinated, and it doesn’t become boring halfway through the meal. Please come and support this wonderful lady and her shop, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed!

Friendly owner, a former culinary instructor in Taiwan. Known for chicken nuggets, braised pork balls, and braised pork intestines. Located on 2F canteen of Admiralty Centre. Cash only. Plaza parking available.

Flavourful food, good portions. I got the pork chop noodles and the braised pork rice. Both dishes come with a tea egg. The braised pork was very tender and had a good amount of fat. The pork chop wasn't crispy anymore (sadly) due to takeout but it was also quite soft and easy to chew. The noodles were silky smooth but I thought that the dish could use a little more sauce. I enjoyed both items but I prefer the braised pork rice.

This is my go to place for a quick lunch. Parking is easy. Price is affordable. Food is delicious. I think most items on the menu only take 5-10mins to prepare, but of course it also depends on how busy it is.My favorite is the braised pork combo. Large portion, comes with lots of side dishes, a soup, and most importantly it tastes great. Especially the braised pork!Highly recommended!

Popcorn chicken and pork chops seems to be from overnight. Marinated tofu taste and smells weird. Personally prefer Taiwanese food from public market.
