lots of options to choose from, kind and fast service! one time my ice cream had fallen off the cone onto the ground and the worker/owner gave me a whole new ice cream for free!

Ice cream wasn't the greatest. Staff refused to let my 3 year old boy use the bathroom saying there is no public bathroom - I thought we were customers? Anyway, instead of buying 12 ice cream for my whole family, I only got 2 and left to shop next door, and they had rich ice cream and great service. So maybe I could say thank you for your "great" service.

This ice cream place is as simple as it gets. But i adore the people that run this place. It can be well after closing time, and they'll open the window and serve us. We have no intention on interrupting if they're in the middle of a close, but we, as a family, appreciate it. And we'll always be a customer for life

The BEST ice cream place in Richmond and the owner and staff are always wonderful. You can get waffles, bubble drinks, smoothies, shakes, ice cream in a cone or a cup, sooo many choices!! Then relax at one of their picnic tables, “Dine in”. My favourites are Maple Walnut and black cherry ice cream and these are sugar free!! Absolutely delicious!! I LOVE it here and it’s only steps away from the Steveston Wharf on the Fraser River.B&P Ice-Cream for the win!!
