I was looking in the neighborhood for a locally owned restaurant to get some delicious chinese takeout and I found this amazing spot. They had a huge variety of authentic chinese dishes on their menu. They even had many vegetarian options available. My son and I ordered their honey garlic ribs, chicken chow mein and their fired tofu with oyster sauce. They were all cooked with love and perfection and the flavours were just right. We were very full and satisfied at the end of our meal. We had a remarkable experience from this restaurant. Me and my son are definitely coming back for some more chinese takeout in the future. Hopefully every week!

Holy moly, this has got to be the tastiest Chinese food in the world (sorry grandma)! I literally went into a 16 hour food coma after this incredible feast and dreamed of the food I just ate. My family and I could not stop eating and wished we ordered more (especially the fried squid ??).Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Now, I have just one word for the service, WOW! I was treated like family as they greeted me and assisted with all my needs.Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall: 10/5 starsWe will be back in no time 110%!!! If you're feeling equal parts brave and foolish, I defy you to show me a tasty Asian/Western quick service place with these very reasonable prices.It's obviously not going to be "fine dining". Rather, I view Bamboo Express as a Western/Asian equivalent of comfy "pub food." *If you're in the neighborhood, give this hidden gem a whirl.* I assure you, coming from this corn-fed gal, this is HIGH praise!

Their Japanese style chow mein is so tasty! My family has been ordering take-out from Bamboo Express for decades. They are our favourite. The staff are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They are very efficient and the food is always good.

Rip off Chinese takeoutChow mein is nearly tasteless, looks like raw noodles heated up in microwave and barely has any oil in it. Fried rice is also barely tasteless. Deep fried shrimp is tiny shrimps covered in a very, very thick layer of dough and is undercooked in the middle to the point where the flour is wet and sticky. Food portions are TINY, but prices are RIDICULOUS. The lady at the counter doesn't thank you or even leaves a smile when tipped, not like this place deserves a tip anyways.
