Baoguette Vietnamese Bistro

Terrible service, not only they got our order wrong the also gave us attitude and eye rolling from the server. After that, we asked for more sauce and the server even confirms that we wanted sauce, never got back to us and just ignored us for the rest of the meal. Food was okay, would’ve rather went to pho 37 with better food and service.

Would not recommend this place, all of the other reviews here are likely fake

I had the #17 (beef pho) and I found a bug in my soup :( I had already taken a few bites before I noticed it. I let the waiter know and he seemed uncertain how to handle the situation. He first offered me a discount which I think is strange because usually places offer to comp the bowl. I just asked for a new bowl of soup as I was still hungry. I still paid full price for the food at the end which I guess is fine as they gave me a new bowl. The food was good otherwise but I think this experience unfortunately made me not want to return.

Food was delicious. I got the chicken pho and even though I thought it might be a bit basic, it was very flavorful. The quail egg inside it was also a fun surprise. I’m used to quail egg being dry but these weren’t at all.

I also shared the lemon grass pork chop with my sister and that was amazing. Great flavor and good portions for the price.

Will def be back!

amazing amazing amazing. I like how my maindish comes with a good amount of vegetables. Even the side soup has depth to it, not just your average msg package. The food is so delicious it cures depression 🤩

I literally just came home from this place and wow the food and service was absolutely amazing. One thing I have to say I love is the menu it has big pictures that are glossy and the food came out looking identical to what was in the pictures. Service was impeccable and the food was so delicious I cannot wait to go back. This Vietnamese place has stuff that other places does not have. I'm coming back here from now on it's better than any other one I've been to. You must go it's fabulous and worth the money.

We use to go to Baoguette regularly until we experienced very poor service.

We sat down at around 4:55pm and made our orders by 5:00pm. Shortly after us, a table beside us also completed their order. In about five minutes, my wife received her meal as well as the table beside us.

By 5:10pm, my meal hadn't come out yet and we signaled that we were still waiting. At around 5:15pm, we asked again and they told us it would take 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes had passed, it was still not ready. At this point, the time wasted was not even worth the food anymore. My wife and the table beside us had already gotten through at least half their meal. Even newer tables received their meals.

Very disappointing as the restaurant was not even at 100% capacity. Cannot deny that Baoguette has great food, but with this service, they have tainted our customer experience.

We will not be returning here again.
