I should have read the review before I come. There was these friend told me her favorite BBT joint is Ben Gong. So I finally decided to give it a try. Disappointed. I ordered the grape and lychee cold tea. TBH, it's so so. I can't believe they didn't peer the skin off the grapes. And you guys are charging $8! SunTea in comparison, $5 each when buying two, they peer all their fruits and you can enjoy the goodness of the prepared pure fruit meat. Thumb down to Ben Gong 👎🏻
I waited maybe 15 mins for my drink when there was only one customer in front of me. However the problem is, there's only 1 staff! She's try to do everything herself, taking order, doing drinks one by one. I don't blame her, but the owner is really cheap not hiring another staff.

To the previous reviewer Nya Campbell, you are delusional! A business should not stay open because of YOUR bad day. Ben Gong's tea is so yummy and I really enjoy it. I hope in the future people like you stop ruining the good things.

Ran all the way there on a Saturday night because I live across the street and online said they close at 11. Got there at 10:59 which is my fault but I have a newborn and it had been a rough day. I decided to run over last minute but they turned the light off even though I was already there. Totally understandable but beware don’t go too close to closing because they close right at 11 even if you’re there a minute before. Had good experiences before and this mistake 8/ my fault but because of the strict hours I have to rate one star this time.

Yes, the transportation is convenient. This is the store where you go to buy good things at Yaohan. Parking is convenient.

Soo good. Their menu had an array pf beautiful and unique layered teas, slushes and other drinks. It was so hard for me to pick, but I got a blackberry cheese foam slush. It tasted so good and hit the spot. Fruity, tangy and crramy. I love the cheese foam, and I ate all the berries at the bottom.
The place has lovely decorations and gives off a calm, serene ambience with light music. The person who served me was very friendly.
In a city of identical bubble tea places trying to find their spot among locals, this place is a strong contender for me and I see myself coming back promptly!

to the owner: STOP BEING so cheap and hire more help! I've always enjoyed the drink here. But today, I see 10 people in there waiting for their drinks.. 3 people waiting to order. FanTuan online orders coming in.. and there is only ONE staff killing herself trying to fulfill everything!
And I see one frustrated customer blaming the staff for making drinks too slow.. are you kidding me??
HIRE MORE HELP! this is worker abuse. I can see her stressed out so bad and still putting up a smile to the customer apologize for the wait. I don't know how much she's making but I'm pretty sure it's not enough to take this crap from the owner and customers...
I end up leaving without making an order because I don't want to add to her burden..

As a result, he got a cup of random milk tea and asked another driver to deliver it. First, it was not rock-yaki crispy at all. The crispy milk, secondly, clearly indicated a nut allergy, but was still left out, and thirdly, the pearls were not added. If you can't do it, just cancel it. If you fool around, who do you think you can deceive? Nut allergy trying to kill someone? If you can't make the drink, just admit it and cancel it. Your self-deceiving and perfunctory attitude is disgusting.

A delivered “caramel cheese cover tea with nut allergy note”. Label is missed, pearls are missed. Your staff probably added their spit as add-on lol

Their food/drink quality control is poor. The pearls are very hard, it seems that they did not cook pearls properly. Sometimes drinks are too sweet and sometimes drinks taste like just water. ??

I went to try this shop last Friday afternoon and loved the salt-roasted crispy milk! The shop assistant is very nice! The attitude was very good and he patiently recommended me the appropriate sugar content and ice content! The lady at the store was so nice and asked me to write or not write my wishes hahahahaha
