The space is large with many clean and comfortable options to sit to enjoy a drink and eat and the staff are very quick and kind. However, the prices incredible (incredibly high) and not written/marked for the bottled drinks. Let it be known this T.A.S. brand coconut water is currently $4.40 before tax.For price and quality of food (I've tried the daily special butter chicken, which was $10+ and tasted watered down with the most processed of processed chickens, the chili-avo salad which was $6ish dollars and really good but really small, and their $4+ industrially produced cheddar scone) I rate it 1 star. Everytime I eat the food, I feel I've wasted money and rather have gone without. But I rate it 3 stars because it's family run and they're incredibly kind and attentive AND because it's the only cafe in the area.My review is based off working in the area, if I did not work in the area I would not have returned.

Me and my co- worker Ryan have been coming here for lunch this whole week. Large selection of food they warm up for u, spaghetti, cabbage rolls, Panini's ,sandwiches ,soups etc.. and lots of deserts / coffee. The foods really good a though a little Bland however they have an area where u get ur napkins and cutlery you can add salt and pepper they have a whole bunch of different condiments including saracha. And the inside is really nice aswell, I'm glad it's there nothing else around, very friendly welcoming staff, recommended.

They've added more lunch specials which is nice since a lot of places around are closed down.

Stopped by today, lunch special and the potato soup was great. Our Big O Tires store just moved into this neighborhood after 47 years on #3 Rd in Richmond Center, it's been a great place for our customers to grab lunch and coffee while we tend to their auto needs. Clean and enjoyable

Pre-covid days: my favourite go-to place when driving to work to get backup breakfast/lunch on the go avoiding east Richmond traffic. Great dining space area for office workers. Variety of ready-to go yogurt parfait & salad cups, muffins, cookies, panini sandwiches and ready-eat dishes (recommend coconut curry), and various coffee/smoothies: reliable and quick dining on weekdays so busy, not surprised closed on weekends!
