Hope that there will be high chairs for kids as its hard to enjoy our order when our toddler has no where to sit.

The atmosphere in this shop was very nice, especially the upper level that was highly decorated and peaceful. The dessert was delicious, and I ordered the herbal jelly with my choice of toppings. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Their grass jelly dessert is soft and smooth. I only wished that they had more ingredients. The dessert had only 2 taro balls and 2 sweet potato balls. The sweetness level was just right.

I was impressed with the service. Even though it's basically self service, the staff noticed that we were going to share the dessert and gave us 2 bowls and 2 spoons to split the dessert without being asked.

This is always a good place to hang out with friends. A quiet Tuesday night, not crowded and the parking is fabulous. We stayed there for about an hour.Blackball Taiwanese Dessert House is a popular spot known for its Taiwanese desserts such as grass jelly, shaved ice, and taro balls. My friends and I often praise the authenticity of the desserts and the variety of toppings available. They have online menu that you will find that convenient.Order the matcha favors items, all of them is good.Staff is friendly and helpful.Nice place to go.

The drink we bought were nothing like the pictures. The ice were not blended properly, the brown sugar pearls did not have brown sugar nor brown pearls like the photo, and the drinks were just too sweet. The rice pudding ice cream was not good, the matcha ice cream was overpriced for a small scoop, and none of us finished any item we ordered. There’s just too much on the menu that even the staff are confused as well. Also the menus could use some updating as they were all torn. The 5 of us all agreed that we’re never trying this cafe again.

Best place for desserts and bubble tea. My favorite place when I'm craving something sweet. The staff is always friendly and patient when taking orders and there's extra seating upstairs.
