I regularly come here for drinks as I like the way they make it here since they're usually super consistent, but the Chinese woman with shoulder length hair has a very bad attitude. I only asked a question about a drink and she was super snappy. If you're going to have a bad attitude, don't work in customer service.I won't be back here for a while. Or ever. Oh, and they also messed up on my drink.

I'm a delivery driver. Their packaging is really bad. During delivery, they put a cupholder in the bag that I can’t open as an Uber driver because of the customer’s security. I can’t place it in the cupholder or on the ground without risking failure. Please improve your packaging; it's your biggest weakness.

They should have more staff in the morning, they use to open an hour earlier too but now they open a bit later which is ok. A bit of a long wait time just to get my brewed coffee.

perfect study spot, since literally everything is super close within walking distance !! the atmosphere is super cozy, and it’s pretty quiet which is nice. the food and drinks are also really well made and taste great

This Blenz Coffee is genuinely amazing. I have come here with my friends before and the environment is welcoming and the staff are super friendly. I recommend getting an iced mocha with milk chocolate, it’s absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work!

Worst $9 Pumpkin Spice latte I’ve ever had, super bitter and missing all the usual flavours. Major barista error as I have had good coffee here before. Very disappointed
