They should have more staff in the morning, they use to open an hour earlier too but now they open a bit later which is ok. A bit of a long wait time just to get my brewed coffee.

perfect study spot, since literally everything is super close within walking distance !! the atmosphere is super cozy, and it’s pretty quiet which is nice. the food and drinks are also really well made and taste great

This Blenz Coffee is genuinely amazing. I have come here with my friends before and the environment is welcoming and the staff are super friendly. I recommend getting an iced mocha with milk chocolate, it’s absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work!

Worst $9 Pumpkin Spice latte I’ve ever had, super bitter and missing all the usual flavours. Major barista error as I have had good coffee here before. Very disappointed

Not too busy here so quote relaxing to sit here for drink and conversation.
Plenty of parking since this location in a shopping center.
Pricing is a little pricey but I still blame this on post pandemic pricing.

The peach tea was really good at 30% sugar (good subtle tea taste with a little bit of sweetness but not too much)
The protein shake was also really good. The pictured one here is mocha bit layer on we also got a peanut butter one which was better, so we'd recommend trying that!
They also had wifi and many outlets for people to work or study.
