Blenz Coffee

The coffee is really good ,and super fresh sandwich and muffin too. The service is excellent and all the staffs are very friendly too. I really enjoy the coffee and the food.

i just went to buy the ube matcha ferrero, it usually taste good and never had a problem with other barista (they couldve make it differently that sometimes it taste different) but i still can taste the ube and matcha on the drink, but with this barista not only that he was using an airpods when taking the order, theres no customer service at all too, the drink taste just like freshmilk since he added 98% of the cup with only fresh milk i saw while waiting on the counter. i thought it just how the drink made but then i went to walk to my work and drink it, it shouldn't even be served at any point?? i tried to mix it but it still doesnt look like ube matcha? he also served the drinks while the ube syrup still on the bottom 98% of the fresh milk so its white and not purple and green because he didnt even mix the syrup☺️ i had to mix it and it taste just like fresh milk for $8

Made London fog contaminated with matcha. I hate matcha and get sick right away. Poor service

The coffee was decent but the service was horrible. The two young ladies in the morning look at you without greeting or saying anything lol, it was kind of funny and odd at the same time. When my drink was done one of them just slid the drink onto the counter and walked away without saying anything. Weird smell in the air and feels crowded with the tables in the middle of the store when you walk in.

I ordered a latte for here and got it in a paper cup. They then simply pour it in a mug cup and there is no milk foam for the latte. It’s not even a busy time and the staff cannot get a simply order right. I would give it 0 star if I can. Avoid this place.

The honey oat matcha latte is tasteless like water... Texture so watery and not smooth. I can still see the matcha powderTotally wasted my $8Won't come

There is a women "staff" is very rude. I will never go there again.I went more than ten times and every time she spoke to me very rudely as if I was asking for free coffeeI hope that the management will monitor its behavior, because with this rudeness it expels customers from the store

Terrible customer service. I told them coffee is too hot it burnt my tongue and I need something I can drink. A lady worked there said I should accept it, and refuse to remake another one. She has no empathy at all.

1st visit in 2023 but I visited more frequently during 2019

I usually get my Blenz coffee at the Richmond Center branch, but I figure I'll try this one close to my home, but the first experience here was not so good. Not only did the female staff there this morning not greet me back when I greeted her (she went on to greet the next customer), but she gave me the wrong drink! I asked for a cappachillo, which I usually get, and she asked, "It's coffee blended with ice, right?" Surely I've been ordering this for a long time at the other Blenz, and it's a blended coffee with ice cream (with whip cream on top), but the ice cream was missing! Not only was the coffee wrong, but the establishment was also not stroller friendly, so this might not be a spot I will frequent. I will give it another try another time and edit this review if it improves, but for now, I'll be very unlikely to go back anytime soon.
