Blenz Coffee at Richmond Centre is a hidden gem, especially during the holiday season! Their Christmas special hot chocolate is absolutely delightful – rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with festive flavors that bring the holiday spirit to life. The drink is beautifully presented, making it as much a treat for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. The staff are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to provide excellent service, ensuring every visit feels special. The cozy ambiance adds to the charm, making it an ideal spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend Blenz for a festive and comforting experience!

Charging water for $0.25 cents. A cup of ice for $0.50. This is nonsense. The staff doesn't understand English. I had to repeat my order more than three times. Do not go there.

I've loved Blenz@Richmond Centre since I moved to Vancouver 2 years ago. The staff are always smiling, even when they’re so busy. Drinks are always ready in a short time. Of course, Blenz's Dark Hot Chocolate is my favourite! It’s rich, smooth, and creamy!

It would be great if Blenz could promote reusable portable coffee sleeves like the one I made (for my own use) in the photo. I always think single-use paper coffee sleeves are such a waste. This fabric one is washable, reusable, and easy to carry in a bag. As a responsible local coffee shop, it's important to promote an eco-friendly approach.

Some customers have asked me where they can get the portable fabric cup holder. I believe customers would be happy to support the change. Blenz can reach out to me for further discussion if they're interested :)

I like this one. (S)Mall size but quaint with additional seating in mall hallway.
And the beverage tasted exactly like it should.

the wait is slow because they're making lattes or drinks that take a while. y'all, retail + food service is hard to work in, so hats off to the employees who keep their composure! i love coming here for a cookie and they add cute decorations to their walls and shelves.

I was offered whipping cream out of an aerosol can, instead of aerated whipping cream from a proper nitrous oxide dispenser, so I refused it. The interior design is different and nice compared to other locations. Can tell the owner is East Asian because of the nice aesthetic.

Oddly, dry flowers are displayed for sale behind the counter against the wall. Blend is real lax with their franchisees which is fine. But I expect consistency in the quality of drinks across franchise locations.
