I went at 8:35am this morning as the website said it opened at 8am. It was closed which was very disappointing. Please update your website to provide the correct info.

Worst experience ever. They missed my order. wait 30 minutes for a single cup of coffee. And I received not even a word of apology.

I think this is the end of my journey patronizing Blenz 3 to 4 times a week for almost Three years at Richmond center, as my friend and I had been treated rudely which i definitely sure i do not deserve, most of the old employees knows me and treats me kindly. The new person wearing eyeglasses on the cashier station does not have a knowledge what courtesy is. A rude person to the customers. Such a bad experience last week.

I came here in the afternoon to buy my friend a power matcha. I have already left the establishment to give it to my friend and she realized there is no whey powder at all and it was basically only a matcha slushie. This cost $10.49 and there is no protein powder, unbelievable. How do you make a protein shake with no protein?

Bad service. The kids working there are typical Gen z, no manners, make you wait to take your order and make you feel like theyre doing you a favor by them doing their job... Too bad because the coffee is decent when someone who gives a crap is working. Won't be coming back
