Not honoring the free teachers appreciations day offer after 5 pm. Not cool.

Nice place, always feels good to get the BCAA size upgrade. Enjoyed the limited time menu Summer Citus drink - not too sweet, not too tart either. Makes for a refreshing drink on a hot day, and the staff here are friendly!

Looked on Google for business hours and it says they close at 10pm. Walked in at 9:39pm and was told they are closed. They said they stop serving at 9:40pm. That's the first I've ever heard of this in a coffee. So they can't sell me one of their baked goods that are sitting in the display case?? Or sold me a tea that only requires hot water and a tea bag?? I can understand if drip coffee isn't available but to shut down all service with 20 mins left is absolutely ridiculous.

The worker here is so great. He knows all his regulars by name and is actually friends with them. So kind and personable.

We tried ordering a cinnamon bun and a sausage roll, but staff told us the over was off even though it was 1 hour before closing. I understand that there is a time for closing, but one hour before closing it doesn’t make sense.

the iced matcha had so many clumps it was horrible and it was like $7!?

They don’t greet you.
Drinks take forever.
And staff in the back chit chatting while I am standing there waiting for my drink.

Floors could use some thorough cleaning. Lots of seating and lots of plugs if you are working on a laptop. I did not get to try the WiFi as I had my own hotspot.

Honestly, I live in Richmond, BC and I do not drive. This place is close by, I get my laptop and coffee and get working here. There are other students usually here, and I love the atmosphere. Did so many assignments sitting here, drinking brewed coffee ☕️. Thankful , there's a comfortable cozy coffee shop near by.

Warm and friendly coffee shop. Staff friendly and were quick with my order. Large fresh selection of pastries and wraps on display. Lots of seating available , and parking was easy in front and the whole mall.

so basically we was sitting outside eating the lady (employee) comes saying that we can’t eat outside food here and there was some crumbs on the floor not even fully from me but said that we were making their place dirty and she hands me a broom saying to clean it . I am sorry but isn’t that her job to clean after customers no matter what even if I did something she could’ve said it politely and I would’ve left so disrespectful then she later was looking at my phone through the window because I was writing a review laughing at me. Personal privacy? Hello please go over u company policy and learn customer service. So unprofessional for a cafe😐

This lady with short hair, and goes pass me looking through my phone. Being in my personal space, amd I don’t appreciate that. My daughter had to witness that. I will never come back again. This so unprofessional.

Americano tasted like drip coffee. I ordered a small americano and the clerk mentioned it was double shot but it tasted absolutely terrible. And the worse thing was that it cost $5. To be honest, McDonald has better Americano than they do. Great service and welcoming staff though. But sorry won’t be coming back.

From previous review looks like this is not the first time this store pulls something like this. Blenz have a promotion "heroes for heroes" for healthcare workers on Nov 6 that is supposed to run all day (this is confirmed with Blenz head office, and this is what was advertised to us), but when I arrived, I was told the promo ends at 5pm. My other friends have gone to the store earlier in the morning before work and same thing they told them it starts at 9 am. If they don't want to participate in the promotion, why even have the promotion advertised in the store. And if the promotion doesn't apply to all stores for all day, Blenz should let us know ahead of time. It doesn't sound like it's the employees fault at the store, it just sounds like the manager or someone higher up there who did not want to give out any free drinks. Plus most healthcare workers are usually at work between 9 to 5pm, so can you really expect them to come during that time just to grab a drink?
