Went In for a "promotional" offer for the heros to heros "free small drink" as per the promotion. We arrived at 9:45am and because of short staff they refused to serve us until 10am even though there were no customers in the store. Manager instructed staff to only make us KID size drinks instead of the small size offered in the promotion. Manger can't even own up to their own companies promotion and is being cheap giving us only kid size drinks. I would avoid this place and spend your money at a buisness that values their customers and honors their promotions.

My mocha was burned and this has to be the dirtiest coffee shop I’ve ever been too. Food all over the floor and every table had drinks spilled. No one bothered to clean despite not having any customers ordering. Staff just sitting around talking. I asked for a rag to wipe my own table down. Bad experience.
