Came here for dim sum, food was incredible. This place was popular, we had reservations so we didn't wait too long but it was busy.

I’m writing to share my concern about a serious incident during my recent visit. I ordered the Shui Mai, which turned out to be half raw—something I didn’t realize until I had eaten a portion of it. As you can imagine, discovering undercooked pork mid-meal was not only extremely upsetting but also potentially dangerous to my health.

While the dish was removed from the bill, I feel the response did not adequately reflect the seriousness of the situation. Neither the manager nor a senior staff member came to speak with me or my guests directly. Instead, the server delivered the message, and we were left feeling dismissed during an experience that was deeply unpleasant and frankly disturbing.

For the safety of future guests, I urge you to investigate this matter seriously. I also hope you’ll consider a more meaningful gesture of goodwill—not just to recognize the risk we were exposed to, but to show that you truly value your customers.

I made reservation two days in advance, but when I arrived, I do not have the table, have to wait along with the walk-in customers on the same list. I arrived 5 min ahead of the reserved time but been waiting for 30min, what a bad management

The food is good, but the price a little bit higher than other. Recommended steamed house special prawn dumplings and country style fried vermicelli.

Great spot for dimsum. One of our go-to's for good food and service. Just a bit more expensive than I would like but everything has gone up so...

I don’t know why they feel like they can dictate how much their customers should tip. I would be happy to tip above and beyond 15% If felt the quality of service and food justified it. My mom under tipped by accident and the cashier came to our table demanding (albeit politely) that we tip at least 10%. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional to hound your customers for tips. I’m never coming back here again. The service was good, the food was average…but their presumptive protocol on deciding and enforcing how much we as customers should tip is a complete turnoff. My issue is that their ‘tipping policy’ negates how we determine the value of our dining experience as it correlates to how much we tip. They’re basically enforcing an automatic 10% - again, why do they get to decide. #Notcomingback.

The tea set over there is a bit special which I like, the services are good, if you come here mainly for killing time and chatting with friends, it's OK, but the ventilation in the inner area (the room) is no good, you can see dust at the vents.

In terms of food, taste no good, not having the traditional taste and not tasting the taste of good DimSum.
It just looks good.

ESPECIALLY, the RICE Roll is not rice roll, rice roll should be smooth and easy to eat without chewing too much and pass through your throat, but rice roll there need your extra effort and chewing to make you feel like to let it through your throat, it's ultra thick and feel like the skin of Steamed prawn dumpling. Obviously the kitchen there doesn't know how to make Rice Roll, moreover the Rice Roll were not rolled, it's like not completed but put on the plate for you, it's also difficult to pickup using chopsticks and taste sour with the moral mushrooms, you can't figure out if the meat are bad or what.

Overall, I will not try this restaurant again if I can go somewhere for food.

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was appalling – it took over an hour for our dishes to come out, and they still weren’t served properly. The beef was undercooked, which is unacceptable.

On top of that, our order was messed up, and when I pointed out the mistakes, the waiter actually shouted at me. The attitude from the staff was rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a restaurant, and I will never return. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.
