Normally I don’t post negative reviews but service was terrible on December 21st. We asked for two glasses of water and received one, then we asked for another and had to wait 20 minutes. When we tried to ask for our flame to be put out the waitress barked at us about getting our waters (which she didn’t). After waiting another 5 minutes, I finally asked the waiter for two glasses of water. The restaurant was half empty at the time and we had to basically beg for any type of service. We don’t expect super incredible service but they were plain unfriendly and rude about anything we asked for. We will visit any other Boiling Point location in the future because they have given consistent great service.

A mouse ran into my coat while it was left on the chair. This was alarming and completely unacceptable for a restaurant. The staff acknowledged it, but this place clearly needs serious attention to cleanliness and pest control before I’d consider returning.
Update: I contacted VCH, and they conducted an inspection. They confirmed that there are MICE in the store. Major hygiene issue alert!

Terrible experience, we ordered on uber and waited over an hour. We called the restaurant to ask what the issue was. They said they are not making any to go orders because of how busy they were and did not even offer any kind of help to solve the issue. We payed over $100 for food we didn’t even get and we were not refunded anything. Customer service is brutal, do not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful service. I found hair in the pot and the staff didn’t even apologize. They still charged me the full bill, and when I brought it up, the server just brushed it off and said it didn’t affect the food. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered honey milk green tea, the hot green and house special. The food and service were good. The vibes are relaxed. I actually poked through the wall of the bubble tea, making it burst. The store gave me a new one. Appreciate the generosity and service

I had multiple diarrhea after consuming food in here. There is no service and the food quality is not good anymore.
Don't understand the hype.
The tnt counter has better take away.
The portions are comparable to other HotPot maybe slightly larger but of a lower quaility. Which is probably how they are compensating.
Staff are extremely dismissive and abrupt, customer service is non existent.
