Bon Bon Café is such a lovely find in Richmond. Their mochi is delicious, the service is wonderful, and the smoothies are all natural with no artificial flavours — I had the avocado banana one and loved it. Definitely worth trying, and I’ll be back again.

Very good mochi donuts and the fresh juice Apple Carrot is superb- all natural, no added sugar using Blue Jay Orange and Gala apple. The service is the best, very friendly and polite. Will definitely come back!

Very unprofessional. Google said they open at 11am, showed up and the cafe was completely dark and closed. We called the café and the owner said they were opening at 11:20.... so we waited around for 20mins and still nothing. In the end after waiting around for 30+mins we decided to leave. Will not be going back.

Purchased Bonbon mochi donuts from Sungiven. With many good reviews I was expecting a treat. Totally disappointed. The donuts did not have the gelatinous mochi texture. Had an oily taste and tasted a bit stale. The listed ingredients lacked essential details. What is in that donut mix? Perhaps if I had dined in rather than take out, my experience would have been more enjoyable.

I visited BonBon Cafe for the first time a few days ago and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two Eggs Benedict, but the eggs were hard-boiled, the bread was rock hard, and the food was cold. I wasn't asked how I wanted the eggs cooked, and instead of the proper sauce, a random salad dressing was used. The food we were served was originally meant for a staff meal, which was concerning.
The table was dirty and not cleaned after the previous customers, the utensils had visible stains, the mochi donut box was messy and sticky and the store itself felt very disorganized.
Overall, not a good first impression.

Very spacious place for coffee and mochi donuts. The mochi donuts are made in house and amazingly tasty. Coconut coffee is another must try at Bonbon.

The owner, Cherry, was super friendly and talked to us about how they just opened 3 months ago. We are avid cyclist and she said that we’re more than welcome to bring our bikes inside.

Bonbon is a great alternative to the other place down the street for coffee. Will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owner, Cherry is an enthusiastic bundle of exuberance and a connoisseur of tasteful, healthy indulgences and flavours. Cherry was involved in the design and build out of the store. Try their Iced Raw Coconut Milk Coffee and Mochi donut, just 2 of my favourites.

I bought their half dozen mochi donuts, different flavors, from matcha, churro, cookies and cream, dark chocolate and strawberry. And honestly it taste good the first time. But when you take a bite of it, it's really sweet, you really don't taste the flavor. Everything I bit into tasted like sugar, I couldn't taste the matcha even though it's green, I couldn't taste the strawberry even though it's pink.
